Early reading. We have captured 5 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 157 interactions against 733K followers, an engagement rate of 0.021%. Posts are seen about 24K times each, and 0.651% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 3.29% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.83 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 30% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 09:00 UTC, and Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 5 posts sampled, 20% are part of a thread. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 12K interactions, about 79x its own typical post. Only 5 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

This account posts most often around 09:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Larry Madowo asking Kenyans to β€œcancel” him is actually a very dangerous game for someone whose public profile was built largely through television before social media turned that visibility into followers. Many journalists confuse a huge audience with a loyal personal following, yet a good part of that audience originally came from the media house, the prime-time slot, the interviews, the clips, the breaking stories and the daily exposure that came with being on television. Kenya has seen this before, where journalists looked massive when they were sitting behind the desk at Citizen TV, NTV, KTN or K24, then left the station and suddenly found out that getting people to follow you is very different from getting people to watch the platform carrying you. Anne Kiguta was once one of the most visible political interviewers on Kenyan television, yet after leaving mainstream prime-time television, her independent visibility never matched the reach she enjoyed when major stations were putting her before millions of viewers every week. Enock Sikolia himself spoke about how people he considered friends disappeared after he left Citizen TV and started The Kenyan Historian on YouTube, which tells you how quickly the ecosystem around a television personality can change once the big media machine is removed. Lynn Ngugi saw this trap and before people associated her with Tuko, she built her own social profiles and is very big on Youtube. That is the real test...... Can you leave the television station, lose the cameras, lose the newsroom, lose the constant promotion, start from your own platform and still command the same attention several years later? If you have never really passed that test, baiting people to cancel you for laughs is risky, because one day you may find out that the numbers you thought belonged to you were partly rented from the institution that made you visible.

Something deeply disturbing is happening in our national parks. Wild animals are reportedly dying from cyanide poisoning. It started with elephants. Now other species may be affected. Sodium cyanide is widely used in gold extraction, and reports of contaminated water sources around Amboseli raise serious questions about illegal mining activities in protected areas. If cartels are poisoning our water, killing wildlife and destroying our national heritage for profit, then this is not just an environmental crime. It is an attack on Kenya itself. Our wildlife cannot become collateral damage for politically connected interests and mining cartels. Kenyans must raise their voices. We need answers. We need accountability. We need those responsible prosecuted. Amboseli must be protected. Our wildlife is not for sale.

Vision 2060 is packaged as a national conversation on Kenya's future beyond Vision 2030, involving all Kenyans across. Once a national process begins with discussing the country's long-term institutional architecture, governance structure, and constitutional aspirations, the conversation moves beyond economics and development planning. The critical question should now be: Is Vision 2060 simply a development blueprint, or is it the political vehicle through which Ruto intends to open a new constitutional conversation? We should be very honest with ourselves and beat through corners!

Seems Riggy G managed quite well in Nakuru "tu-mawe mawe" notwithstanding; kind of lazy, not a real strategy & ultimately will not be a deterrent to any serious opposition anywhere in the country. 1/2
