Council of Governors engagement report
@KenyaGovernors - 386K followers on X
Measured over 44 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on September 1, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 7 interactions against 386K followers, an engagement rate of 0.002%. Measured over 44 original posts, its engagement rate beats 7% of 3,848 tracked accounts of a similar size. That is a reason to look at how the audience behaves - reply depth, saves, whether the followers are recent - rather than a conclusion about it on its own. Posts are seen about 1.6K times each, and 0.44% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 0.412% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.9 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 47% of days. Most posts go out around 10:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 44 posts sampled, 91% carry an image or video and 11% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 47 interactions, about 6.7x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #soda2026, #stateofdevolution2026, #countytrakperformanceindex2026.

Compared with accounts its own size
Council of Governors's engagement rate beats 7% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,848 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 6 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 23% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.002%, Council of Governors sits above the 10th percentile of the 37,071 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.012%.

The Kenya Health Summit 2026 has laid a strong foundation for strengthening Kenya’s health systems and advancing the delivery of quality, equitable and accessible healthcare for all. Through the thought-provoking discussions, practical and lived experiences, innovations and solutions shared, one thing is clear: we have made significant progress, but there is still more to be done. The Summit has reaffirmed the progress Kenya continues to make towards achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC), while also providing an important platform to confront the challenges that remain. Ultimately, however, the success of ongoing health reforms must be measured not only by policies, programmes and investments, but by the quality of services and health outcomes experienced by Kenyans in their homes, communities and health facilities. The Council of Governors remains committed to working collaboratively with the National Government, development partners, healthcare workers, communities and all stakeholders to translate the gains and commitments emerging from the Summit into tangible improvements in health service delivery.

- What is Council of Governors's engagement rate on X?
- Council of Governors (@KenyaGovernors) has an engagement rate of 0.002%, based on the median interactions across 44 original posts from the last 30 days against 385,819 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.002%, Council of Governors sits above the 10th percentile of the 37,071 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @KenyaGovernors have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 7% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,848 accounts), which puts it in the bottom 10% for its size group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @KenyaGovernors post?
- Most posts go out around 10:00 UTC, and Thursday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.87 posts per day across the measured window.
