Sonuç olarak AKP MHP DEM ve CHP tarafından imzalanan çerçeve yasa bir demokratikleşme yasası değil . Toplumsal bütünleşme denmiş ama oraya da pek değinilmiyor . Yasa silah bırakma, örgütün tasviye edilişi, Avrupa ve Irak’tan kamplardan dönüşleri , cezaların infazlarının ne şekilde düzenleneceğini tarif ediyor . Önemli mi tabii önemli !
