مرّت عليّ فترة كنت فيها فعلًا مفلس. وقتها كنت استقلت من منصبي كرئيس تنفيذي لعكاظ ديجيتال، وجلست سنة كاملة في البيت بدون أي دخل. في نفس الفترة تزوجت، اشتريت سيارة أستون مارتن بنص مليون ريال، ولفيت العالم لمدة ٤ شهور. رجعت جدة، وكان في حسابي أقل من ٤,٠٠٠ ريال… بيت جديد، سيارة جديدة، زواج… مصاريف.. كلها ماحسبتها في راسي للأسف… قررت أصير مستشار وبعدها بـ٣ أو ٤ شهور تم تأسيس قطان ميديا. لما بدأنا نحقق دخل، صار عندي عادة إني أفتح حسابي البنكي كل شوية وأتأمل الرقم وهو يزيد. مو عشان أصرف أو آخذ قرار، بس عشان أشوفه وأتطمن إن عندي فلوس.. الـ ١٠٠ صارت ١,٠٠٠ صارت ١٠٠,٠٠ صارت مليون وأنا لسه أتفرج.. بعد الفترة الي عشتها تقريباً بدون دخل، صرت مجرد إني أشوف الرصيد يزيد كان يعطيني إحساس بالأمان. مو بسبب الأشياء اللي أقدر أشتريها بالفلوس، لكن لأن وجودها كان يطمّني وهذا الإحساس خلاني تقريبًا ٤ سنوات ما أسوي فيها شيء. كنت أحقق دخل أكثر، لكن بدل ما أستفيد منه أو أستثمره، كنت أتركه كله في الحساب وأتفرج عليه. اللي ما كنت مستوعبه وقتها إن الفلوس قاعدة تخسر قيمتها وهي جالسة في البنك. كل سنة الأشياء حولنا تغلى، يعني كنت أشوف الرقم في حسابي يكبر، لكن قيمته الحقيقية كانت تقل بدون ما أنتبه... وما استوعبت الموضوع إلا متأخر. ولو رجعت أحسبها أتوقع إني خسرت فرصة أرباح توصل مليون ريال على الأقل لو إني استثمرتها من البداية… لكن اليوم الوعي المالي عندي زاد والوضع أختلف تمامًا. أي دخل يوصل، يتوزع بشكل واضح ومدروس بين الذهب، العقار، الأسهم، والاستثمار في الشركات الناشئة… صار تقسيمي للمصاريف واضح بين الأساسيات، والاستثمار، والمصاريف الشخصية. وهذا النظام ما تعلمته من كتاب أو دورة… تعلمته من التجربة، لأني قضيت سنوات أسوي العكس، وشفت بنفسي قد ايش كلفني. أهم شيء تغيّر في نظرتي للفلوس، إني استوعبت إن كسبها شيء، وإدارتها شيء ثاني تمامًا. ممكن تكون ممتاز في إنك تكسب فلوس، لكن هذا مو بالضرورة يعني إنك تعرف كيف تحافظ عليها أو تستثمرها بالشكل الصح. وكل ما فهمت بدري إن الريال اللي تتركه بدون ما تحركه ممكن مع الوقت يخسر جزء من قيمته، تبدأ تشوف الفلوس بشكل مختلف. بدل ما يكون هدفك بس إن الرقم يزيد في الحساب، تبدأ تفكر: كيف أخلي هذه الفلوس تتضاعف وتحقق أرباح؟ هذا الدرس أخذ مني وقت، وضيّع عليّ فرص كثير عشان أتعلمه. نصيحتي الأخيرة: لا تنظر للفلوس على إنها هدف… انظر لها على إنها وسيلة. أنت القائد، وخلي الفلوس هي اللي تتبعك...
