En derecho, no existe que la Comisión de Acusaciones pueda suspender al Presidente porque es una comisión de instrucción. Solo el Senado es quien puede hacerlo después de que la plenaria de la Cámara actúe como un ente acusador, penal o disciplinariamente. Luego la Comisión de Acusaciones no puede suspender al Presidente de la República, y menos la voluntad de una sola representante.

Nadie me gana. Fui el primero, desde el 2005-2006, en defender las libertades individuales en este país: dosis mínima, matrimonio entre parejas del mismo sexo, la eutanasia. Me tocó aguantar improperios en la calle, como que era marica, marihuanero o asesino. Quiero recalcar que fui el primero cuando esos temas eran tratados como en la Santa Inquisición.
