بيان (21) من وزارة الداخلية قالَ اللّهِ تعالى: (إِنَّ اللهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَنْ تُؤَدُّوا الأَمَانَاتِ إِلَى أَهْلِهَا) صدق الله العظيم في عملية أمنية أسفرت عن إحباط مخطط يستهدف المساس بأمن الوطن وتمويل جهات وكيانات إرهابية، تمكن جهاز أمن الدولة من ضبط (24) مواطناً أحدهم ممن سحبت جنسيته بحوزتهم مبالغ مالية مرتبطة بأعمال غير مشروعة ورصد وكشف (8) مواطنين هاربين خارج البلاد أحدهم ممن سحبت جنسيته، ضمن نشاط منظم تمثل في جمع الأموال تحت مسميات دينية، واستلامها والاحتفاظ بها تمهيداً لنقلها وفق تعليمات من خارج البلاد. وقد جُمعت هذه الأموال في إطار من الثقة التي أحاطت بالقائمين على جمعها، وعلى أساس توجيهها إلى مصارفها المعلنة، الأمر الذي حمل مقدّميها على تقديمها بحسن نية خالصة، مدفوعين بدوافع مشروعة وقصد سليم، إلا أن التحقيقات كشفت أن مسارها الفعلي قد انحرف عمًا أُعلن عند جمعها، إذ اتجهت إلى جهات غير مشروعة، نتيجة استغلال القائمين عليها للثقة التي أولاها لهم مقدّمو الأموال، بإعادة توجيهها إلى غير الأغراض المعلنة عند جمعها، وعلى نحو يخالف المقصد الذي دُفعت من أجله، وبما يُمثل انحرافًا صريحًا عن الغايات التي خُصصت لها. كما تبين استخدام المتهمين كيانات تجارية ومهنية كواجهات لتمرير الأموال، واتباع أساليب دقيقة في نقلها عبر توزيعها على عدة أشخاص لنقلها جواً وبراً بقصد تفادي الاشتباه، وقد تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحقهم وإحالتهم إلى الجهات المختصة، مع استمرار التحقيقات لكشف باقي المتورطين. وتؤكد وزارة الداخلية أنها ماضية بكل حزم في إحباط أي مخططات تهدد أمن البلاد أو تستغل أراضيها في دعم الجهات أو الكيانات الإرهابية، ولن تتهاون في ملاحقة المتورطين بما يكفل فرض سيادة القانون وصون أمن الوطن واستقراره.

بين الوطن والدين حب الوطن أمر فطري لا تنكره الشريعة بل هو مطلوب شرعا ، لذلك قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لما أخرجه مشركو مكة منها " "واللَّهِ إنَّكِ لخيرُ أرضِ اللَّهِ، وأحبُّ أرضِ اللَّهِ إلى اللَّهِ، ولولا أنِّي أُخرِجتُ منكِ ما خرجتُ" وحينما هاجر المهاجرون مكة إلى المدينة حزنوا لمفارقة مكة وطنهم الذي ولدوا فيه فكان بلال بعد أن وعك في المدينة يدعو على من أخرجهم قائلا "الَّهُمَّ العَنْ شَيْبَةَ بْنَ رَبِيعَةَ ، وَعُتْبَةَ بْنَ رَبِيعَةَ ، وَأُمَيَّةَ بْنَ خَلَفٍ كَمَا أَخْرَجُونَا مِنْ أَرْضِنَا..) فدعا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال : "اللَّهُمَّ حَبِّبْ إِلَيْنَا المَدِينَةَ كَحُبِّنَا مَكَّةَ أَوْ أَشَدَّ ،" مما يدل على أن حب الأوطان أمر فطري لا تنكره الشريعة بل من واجب المسلم الدفاع عن وطنه فهي موطن الانسان وبيته وحمى أهله وأبنائه قال صلى الله عليه وسلم "مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مالِهِ فهوَ شَهيدٌ . ومَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ دِينِهِ فهوَ شَهيدٌ . ومَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ دَمِهِ فهوَ شَهيدٌ ، ومَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ أهلِهِ فهوَ شَهيدٌ" والوطن يجمع ذلك كله ففيه يعبد المسلم ربه آمنا مطمئنًا وهو موطن أهله ومربى ولده ومكان كسبه ورزقه فمن ذلك نعلم يقينا " أن المسلم لا يواجه خيارين إما الوطن أو الدين " فحب الوطن من الدين لأن الأصل أن المسلم في بلد مسلم لا يأْمر بما يخالف دينه أو يمنع من عبادة ربه ولو قُدِر لمسلم أن يتعرض لذلك كأن يؤمر بمعصية قطعية لا اجتهاد فيها وكان يملك حق الاختيار و هو غير مكره فلا يسع المسلم أن يقدم شيئا على أمر الله ورسوله فإنه لا طاعة لمخلوق في معصية الخالق أو لو تعرض المسلم لفتنة في دينه فتعذر عليه أن يقيم عبادته في بلده ووسعه الهجرة إلى موطن آخر يعبد الله فيه فإنه يجب عليه الهجرة وقد حدث ذلك في بعض بلاد الإسلام التي استولى عليه من فتن الناس في دينهم واعتدى على أعراضهم كما في حكم آل الأسد في سوريا فهاجر منها أهلها وقد خرج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وأصحابه من أوطانهم لما منعوا من عبادة ربهم وحاول كفار مكة فتنتهم عن دينهم وقد توعد الله من امتنعوا عن الهجرة مع قدرتهم قال تعالى " إن الَّذِينَ تَوَفَّاهُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ ظَالِمِي أَنفُسِهِمْ قَالُوا فِيمَ كُنتُمْ ۖ قَالُوا كُنَّا مُسْتَضْعَفِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ ۚ قَالُوا أَلَمْ تَكُنْ أَرْضُ اللَّهِ وَاسِعَةً فَتُهَاجِرُوا فِيهَا ۚ فَأُولَٰئِكَ مَأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ ۖ وَسَاءَتْ مَصِيرًا (97) إِلَّا الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةً وَلَا يَهْتَدُونَ سَبِيلًا﴾ فحب الوطن والدفاع عنه بالنفس والنفيس من الدين فبلادنا مسلمة نعبد الله فيها ولا نؤمر فيها بمعصية الله لكن لو حدث التقاطع بان أتى حاكم في بلد ما وأمر مسلما بأمر يخالف شرع الله قطعا وليس من مسائل الاجتهاد فإنه لا طاعة لمخلوق في معصية الخالق وهذا الأمر أوضحته النصوص الشرعية إيضاحا لا يقبل اللبس فلا طاعة لوالد ولا ولد ولا عشيرة ولا حاكم في معصية الله قال تعالى" قُلْ إِن كَانَ آبَاؤُكُمْ وَأَبْنَاؤُكُمْ وَإِخْوَانُكُمْ وَأَزْوَاجُكُمْ وَعَشِيرَتُكُمْ وَأَمْوَالٌ اقْتَرَفْتُمُوهَا وَتِجَارَةٌ تَخْشَوْنَ كَسَادَهَا وَمَسَاكِنُ تَرْضَوْنَهَا أَحَبَّ إِلَيْكُم مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَجِهَادٍ فِي سَبِيلِهِ فَتَرَبَّصُوا حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَ اللَّهُ بِأَمْرِهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْفَاسِقِينَ "
