Reporte de la emergencia nacional. Con corte a las 6:30 p. m. de ayer, el sismo deja afectaciones reportadas en 16 departamentos y 481 municipios. El balance humano es doloroso: 329 fallecidos, 4.600 heridos y 247 desaparecidos. En total, 154.014 familias y 314.751 personas afectadas. En infraestructura, el impacto es enorme: 31.183 viviendas destruidas y 171.273 averiadas, además de 553 edificios colapsados, 5.755 edificaciones averiadas, 3.710 centros educativos, 5.584 centros comunitarios y 367 centros de salud afectados. También se reportan daños en vías, puentes, acueductos, aeropuertos y otras infraestructuras esenciales. Adicionalmente, tenemos 10 incendios activos, nueve de ellos en Tolima. He ordenado verificar de inmediato las circunstancias de su reactivación y establecer si existió intervención criminal.
