A typical post picks up 529 interactions against 558K followers, an engagement rate of 0.095%. Measured over 23 original posts, its engagement rate beats 70% of 3,774 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 31K times each, and 1.73% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 5.48% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2.1 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 60% of days. Most posts go out around 18:00 UTC, and Monday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 23 posts sampled, 65% carry an image or video and 9% are part of a thread. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 8.3K interactions, about 16x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

Andra's engagement rate beats 70% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,774 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 8 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 67% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.095%, Andra sits above the 50th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the above the median band, which runs 0.08% to 0.433%.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 18:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

2 kiwis/day is an underrated fertility hack. Packed with vitamin C, which may support progesterone production and a healthier luteal phase. Their antioxidants help buffer inflammation and histamine, both of which matter for the terrain, ovarian and hormonal health. And the hidden the gut piece: kiwi is one of my favourite foods for improving bowel movements. If you’re not clearing your bowels properly, you’re also not efficiently clearing what your body is trying to get rid of, including toxins, microbial byproducts and excess estrogen. Two kiwis. Every day. Eat Your Hydration.

Why I will be eating insane amounts of grapes this fall: Ampelotherapy (naturopathic grape consumption) was taken very seriously in 1920s by Soviet medicine, as naturopaths we learn about this therapy in school. Some call it The Grape Cure. The model combined prescribed grape intake (up to 2kg/day) with medicinal climatology: sunlight, fresh air, sea bathing, movement and rest. Soviet doctors were focusing on the sugars, organic acids, minerals and pectins used by Ampelotherapy to cure cases of liver and kidneys disease in particular. What excites me most is how closely this old medical fruitarianism resembles what we would now call terrain-based care: micronutrient rich nutrition + light + air + movement + environment + recovery. "Thanks to water, potassium salts and organic acids, grapes have a diuretic effect, which effectively eliminates swelling, enhances water-salt metabolism, and helps remove salts, urea, uric, oxalic acid and other breakdown products from the body. At the same time, it prevents the formation of sand and stones in the urinary tract. This improves the functioning of the kidneys and the excretory system as a whole. Eating grapes activates the secretion of digestive juice and bile, enhances intestinal motility, which eliminates constipation, improves the microflora of the stomach, and normalizes the acid-base balance of the gastrointestinal tract."

I used to have cold hands/feet, dry skin/dull hair and 10 cm ovarian cysts. What truly helped me the most is introducing more nutrient dense liquids. Kefirs and Raw milk: first thing in the morning Spring mineral waters > RO filtered water Cold pressed juices: especially pomegranate with sea salt. Soups and meat stocks. Birch and maple sap waters: coconut water of the north. Highest absorbability. Easiest digestion. Dense in minerals. Flavonoids and enzymes. Sugars with synergy. My gains: Increase of energy, increase body temperature, youthfulness/dewy, strong gut and optimal detox pathways.

If you want to fast, at least try a fruit fast. In naturopathy, we have seen loads of benefits from cherries, apples or grape fasts: 2-3 days fully dedicated to 1 fruit in raw or cooked form. Cleaning and remineralizing. I do this myself 2x a year.

Reading these numbers

A typical post picks up 529 interactions against 558K followers, an engagement rate of 0.095%. That is about 5.48% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. What is Andra's engagement rate on X?
Andra (@BioavailableNd) has an engagement rate of 0.095%, based on the median interactions across 23 original posts from the last 30 days against 558,382 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.095%, Andra sits above the 50th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @BioavailableNd have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 70% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,774 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @BioavailableNd post?
Most posts go out around 18:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day, at roughly 2.07 posts per day across the measured window.

Keep going
