هل زحمة مطار القاهرة هدفها أن تدفع 15 دولارًا للمسار السريع؟ في الفيديو المرفق، خليجي يقول إنه أمضى ساعة و45 دقيقة في مطار القاهرة، وخرج بانطباع أن كثرة نقاط التفتيش والبطء و«الوجوه العابسة» مقصودة لدفع المسافر إلى شراء خدمة Fast Track بـ15 دولارًا. الخدمة موجودة فعلًا وتختصر الطوابير، لكن شخصيًا لا أعتقد أن الزحام صُنع من أجلها. مررت بالمطار قبل أيام، وما رأيته أقرب إلى سوء إدارة وتضخم في الإجراءات وتكرار غير مفهوم لنقاط التفتيش، وهي شكاوى يكررها كثير من المسافرين. بل ليت المشكلة متعمدة، لأن المتعمد يمكن إيقافه بقرار! أما أن يكون هذا هو المسار الطبيعي للإجراءات، فالمشكلة أعمق: مطار بوابة لدولة سياحية كبرى، والمفترض أن تكون أول مهمة له تسهيل دخول المسافر وخروجه، لا اختباره في سباق حواجز قبل أن يصل إلى الطائرة.
