بگذارید افغانستان کشور همه باشد! هر بار که تصویر تخریب خانههای مسکونی مردم در شهرک امید سبز در کابل را میبینم، گویی با فرو ریختن هر خشت، هر دیوار و هر خانه، صدها قصه و خاطره نیز فرو میپاشد. کاری به این ندارم که اسناد مربوط به ساخت این شهرک قانونی بوده است یا خیر، اما میدانم که شهرک امید سبز تنها شهرکی نیست که در سالهای اخیر ساخته شده است، دهها شهرک اینچنینی در ولایات مختلف ساخته شده است. اگر واقعا اسناد این شهرکها از نظر طالبان مشکل قانونی دارد (این در حالی است که سلطه طالبان بر جغرافیای افغانستان نیز، از نظر ملت و مردم ما، فاقد مشروعیت قانونی و هر نوع مشروعیت است)، سوال اینجاست که چرا فقط تخریب و مصادره این شهرک و آنهم حالا؟ در ماههای اخیر، غصب منازل مسکونی مردم توسط طالبان، غصب زمینهای مردم، کوچ اجباری و واگذاری یا حاتمبخشی زمینهای آنان در ولایتهایی چون فاریاب، تخار و پنجشیر به نام اسکان یا بازگشتکنندگان از پاکستان، بخشی از سیاست گسترش انحصار و تغییر توازن اجتماعی و مالکیتی در کشور است. اما اینکه خانههای مسکونی مردم را در یک شهرک مشخص ویران و ساکنان آن را به کوچ اجباری وادار کنی، چون بخش بزرگی از ساکنان این شهرک را هموطنان شریف هزاره و شیعه ما تشکیل میدهند، نمایانگر ذهن و اندیشه آلوده طالب است و بس.

Nawidullah Fitarat, a professor who recently criticized the Taliban publicly in a social media video for their misuse of religion to suppress people and consolidate their power, was arrested today in Herat province along with members of the family who were hosting him. It is extremely alarming. He might be harmed, disappeared, or put in solitary confinement. I call on the ICRC, @ICRC_af, @ICRC @SR_Afghanistan, and @UNAMAnews to ensure that he is safe and has access to his family and fair treatment. I also call on religious scholars, civil activists, and those who genuinely believe in a better Afghanistan to raise their voices, not only in his support, but also to amplify what he asked for and what he said. @amnestysasia @amnesty @hrw @freedomnoworg @volker_turk @UNHumanRightsNY
