Desinformação pura. Pra ser feminicídio, o homicida tem que ter alguma relação de afeto com a vítima, mesmo que seja apenas na cabeça dele (um delirante). Só é feminicídio se quem mata é o marido, o amante, o namorado, o ex, o irmão, etc. Se a mulher é morta por conta de uma dívida, por exemplo, não é feminicídio. E isso é bem básico. Se tivessem jogado no Google ou em qualquer IA, saberiam. A desinformação é intencional.

Precisamos debater seriamente sobre o papel do MP do consumidor. Grandes empresas violam, sistematicamente, direitos consumeristas. E para não enriquecer a parte, as indenizações são baixas. Os juízes, mesmo cotidianamente condenando as mesmas empresas em valores baixos, não oficiam o MP cível para a tomada de medidas institucionais, com multas milionárias e processos em que a empresa realmente ficará preocupada. Cria-se um mercado de proteção desses direitos. Com advogados propondo centenas de ações idênticas. Os juízes oficiam a OAB sem nenhuma dificuldade, mas não tomam medidas para que os direitos deixem de ser violados. Condenar uma grande empresa a pagar mil reais de danos morais contribui com a litigância em massa. Pq vale muito a pena violar direitos no brasil. Passou da hora de termos um judiciário e MP alinhados para proteção dos direitos dos consumidores.

De todos os golpes pelo telefone, aquele que fala “recebemos o currículo que vc enviou” é o mais canalha. Golpe voltado pra tirar dinheiro de gente desempregada deveria ser coibido pelo próprio crime organizado. É canalhice em estado puro.
