El Gobierno miente cuando habla de consenso. Mantiene la cárcel para la difamación contra quien critique a funcionarios o toque temas de interés público. Peor aun ahora usa ese reclamo legítimo del pueblo como excusa para meter cambios de último minuto en el Código Penal. Esto es inaceptable.
