नागौर में विद्या संबल योजना का आदेश रद्द होना युवाओं के हक़ और उनकी आवाज़ की जीत है। भाजपा सरकार ने 5 लाख सरकारी भर्तियों का वादा किया था, लेकिन नियमित भर्ती के बजाय विद्या संबल जैसी योजनाओं के जरिए युवाओं को गुमराह किया जा रहा है। सबसे गंभीर बात है कि इसमें आरक्षण का स्पष्ट प्रावधान तक नहीं है, जो आरक्षित वर्गों के अधिकारों पर सीधा कुठाराघात है। प्रदेश के लाखों बेरोजगारों को पारदर्शी, नियमित और नियमसम्मत भर्ती चाहिए, किसी योजना के नाम पर चहेतों को अवसर देने का रास्ता नहीं। युवाओं की ताकत के आगे सरकार को नागौर में झुकना पड़ा है। सरकार चाहिए कि वो प्रदेश में खाली पड़े सवा लाख से अधिक पदों पर तत्काल नियमित भर्ती की विज्ञप्ति जारी करें। कांग्रेस पार्टी युवाओं के हक़ की इस लड़ाई को सड़क से सदन तक मजबूती से लड़ेगी और भाजपा सरकार को ऐसी किसी भी "शिक्षावीर" व्यवस्था को प्रदेश के युवाओं पर थोपने नहीं देगी।

भाजपा सरकार ने सरकारी स्कूलों की हालत सुधारने के बजाय अपनी नाकामी को ढकने और शिक्षा व्यवस्था की बदहाली छिपाने का रास्ता खोजा है। शिक्षा विभाग ने पारदर्शिता की बजाय स्कूल परिसर में प्रवेश, फोटो व वीडियो पर रोक, और सवाल पूछने वालों पर पहरा लगा दिया है। सवाल ये है कि अगर स्कूलों में सब कुछ ठीक है तो डर कैसा? टूटे भवन, जर्जर कमरों, शिक्षकों की कमी, बच्चों की समस्याओं और सरकारी व्यवस्था की नाकामियों की तस्वीरें सामने आने से आखिर सरकार को इतनी बेचैनी क्यों है? विद्यालय जनता के हैं, भाजपा की निजी संपत्ति नहीं हैं जो मनमाने आदेश थोपे जा रहे हैं। स्कूल प्रबंधन एवं विकास से जुड़े तंत्र में स्थानीय लोगों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की गई है। ऐसे में जनप्रतिनिधियों, अभिभावकों और समाज की निगरानी को कमजोर करने वाला कोई भी निर्णय शिक्षा व्यवस्था में पारदर्शिता के खिलाफ है। नाकामियों पर पर्दा डालने से तस्वीर नहीं बदलेगी!

क्या हाल बना दिया है राजस्थान की भाजपा सरकार ने सरकारी स्कूलों का! प्रदेश की एक बच्ची भाजपा सरकार से पूछ रही है कि "अगर आपके बच्चे होते, तो क्या आप उन्हें ऐसी ही सुविधाओं में पढ़ाते?" थानागाजी (अलवर) के राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय में टूटी पट्टियां, जर्जर भवन और हर पल हादसे का खतरे के बीच आखिर बच्चे कैसे पढ़ेंगे। शिक्षा व्यवस्था की बदहाली का ये आईना सिर्फ एक स्कूल का नहीं, प्रदेश की हजारों स्कूलों में जर्जर भवनों की यही स्थिति है। दु:ख की बात है कि बच्चे बुनियादी सुविधाओं के लिए तरस रहे हैं, अपने हक के लिए लड़ रहे हैं, धरने दे रहे हैं, और भाजपा सरकार बेपरवाह बनी हुई है। क्या सरकार फिर झालावाड़ जैसी घटना के बाद जागेगी? @RajCMO

सोचिए... बच्चों के सिर पर छत नहीं, स्कूलों में शिक्षक नहीं, 12वीं तक के स्कूल में 1 भी लेक्चरर नहीं! शिक्षा मंत्री मदन दिलावर RSS के एजेंट बनकर सुनियोजित तरीक से शिक्षा और उसके इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर को चौपट करने में लगे हैं। ये ऐसे हालात बना देना चाहते हैं कि बच्चे मजबूरन सरकारी स्कूल छोड़ दें, और महंगी फीस के कारण निजी स्कूलों न जाकर RSS के सरस्वती शिशु मंदिर और आदर्श विद्या मंदिर में जाएं और वहां नफरत सीखें। ये केवल टोंक के इलाहीपुरा और बाड़मेर के गंगाला रामसर के सरकारी स्कूलों का मामला नहीं हैं... पूरे प्रदेश के यही हालात हैं। शिक्षा मंत्री एक तरफ आरएसएस का एजेंडा और तबादला उद्योग चला रहे हैं... और दूसरी ओर कांग्रेस विधायकों के विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में द्वेषतापूर्वक शिक्षकों के ट्रांसफर करके शिक्षक विहीन स्कूलें बना रहे हैं। सोचिए.. राजस्थान की शिक्षा व्यवस्था को किस गर्त में धलेका जा रहा है।
