A typical post picks up 15K interactions against 4.2M followers, an engagement rate of 0.363%. Measured over 9 original posts, its engagement rate beats 96% of 3,774 tracked accounts of a similar size. Comparing inside a size band matters here: engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly just re-measure the follower count. Posts are seen about 242K times each, and 6.35% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 5.72% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.3 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 27% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 08:00 UTC, and Friday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 9 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 229K interactions, about 15x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

Harry Kane's engagement rate beats 96% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,774 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 97% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.363%, Harry Kane sits above the 50th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the above the median band, which runs 0.08% to 0.433%.

This account posts most often around 08:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

No words are big enough right now to overcome this empty feeling in the stomach. We were close, really close to another final but it wasn’t enough. We’ve given everything over these last 7 weeks and to fall short is hard to take! I know the expectations are high and rightly so, we’ve been knocking on the door for 8 years now but again are missing that final piece of the jigsaw! That’s where we have to go away, process it and find a way to get better. I’m so proud of the boys and what we have shown throughout this tournament - some tough games and tough environments that we have overcome. Some memories that will stay with us players and I’m sure you fans for a long long time! Going for glory doesn’t always mean you will get it. You have to fight for it, get knocked down, pick yourself up and go again and that’s what we will do, there’s no other way but to keep believing and keeping pushing. Thank you to every single fan that travelled and showed their support in the stadiums. Thank you to every fan back home for believing in us. Thank you to the boys and staff for everything you have given. As always Win or lose, we learn and go again! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🦁

What is Harry Kane's engagement rate on X?
Harry Kane (@HKane) has an engagement rate of 0.363%, based on the median interactions across 9 original posts from the last 30 days against 4,237,138 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.363%, Harry Kane sits above the 50th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @HKane have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 96% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,774 accounts), which puts it in the top 10% for its size group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @HKane post?
Most posts go out around 08:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.3 posts per day across the measured window.

Keep going
