Chinese national Yupeng Sun was charged this week in Massachusetts for allegedly impersonating another Chinese national and voting in the 2024 presidential election under the victim’s name. He’s also accused of causing the same Chinese national and his wife (another Chinese national) to be erroneously placed in removal proceedings by submitting fraudulent forms to USCIS in April 2024 requesting to abandon their LPR status. Unbelievably, Sun allegedly sent letters to ICE @HSI_HQ and @USCIS after fraudulently voting that ACCUSED HIS VICTIMS of illegal voting in this ongoing @HSINewEngland case. If convicted, Sun faces up to 10 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of $250,000 for fraudulent voter registration and fraudulent voting.

🚨Ezer Rosembel Barrientos Osorio is in a county jail in Oklahoma facing RAPE CHARGES. He’s an ICE regular. These photos depict his encounters with federal officials since 2010. He’s been encountered, incarcerated and sent home to Mexico multiple times in the last decade and a half — but he kept coming back. He was previously convicted of illegal reentry and attempted illegal reentry. His criminal history also includes convictions of DUI and threatening with intent to terrorize. We lodged a detainer against this criminal illegal alien asking Tulsa County officials to contact ICE before he’s released back into the community. Seventeen illegal aliens were arrested Aug. 14 at a Texas stash house by ICE @EROElPaso with its Border Enforcement Security Task Force and local law enforcement partners. Thirteen Mexican nationals, two Brazilian nationals, one Guatemalan national and one Honduran national were arrested. One of the Mexican nationals was charged with harboring illegal aliens. Eight of the illegal aliens were previously deported and may face prison sentences for illegal reentry (a felony) before being deported again. Two others already have final orders of removal issued by an immigration judge, and the rest face illegal entry charges. Under President Trump, illegal entry has consequences. We will FIND you. Undercover special agents from ICE @HSIKansasCity’s Omaha field office arrested five convicted and accused child predators in a multiday sting. During the operation, investigators also encountered dozens of additional individuals who continued communicating about sexually exploiting minors. “To those using commercial sex websites or other platforms to seek access to children: We are out there. An Alabama couple convicted for USING CHILDREN AS COURIERS in a multimillion-dollar drug-trafficking organization after an ICE @HSI_HQ-led probe were sentenced to life and then some. Glennie Antonio McGee was sentenced to SEVEN LIFE TERMS and his wife, Echandza Dianca Maxie, got LIFE with parole for their roles in distributing hundreds of pounds of cocaine and tens of thousands of fentanyl pills between 2017 and 2024. McGee and Maxie were ordered to pay $10M and $1M fines, respectively, to reimburse the Criminal Justice Act panel for their court-appointed attorneys. They were also ordered to pay $2.8M+ in restitution for their fraud crimes. As well, the court ordered their forfeiture of real estate, high-end vehicles, luxury jewelry, cash, firearms, and bank accounts, and it issued money judgments totaling $500,000.

U.S. SEEKS TO REVOKE CITIZENSHIP FOR FORMER HOUSTON PRIEST CONVICTED OF SEXUALLY ABUSING CHILDREN IN HIS PARISH Manuel Antonio La Rosa-Lopez, originally of Peru, swore on his naturalization paperwork that he’d never committed a crime for which he hadn’t been arrested. But that was not true. Before he applied for citizenship, La Rosa-Lopez sexually abused multiple child parishioners La Rosa-Lopez was charged after his naturalization, pled guilty to two felony counts, and is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence. Thanks to an ICE Operation False Haven investigation, the United States filed a complaint seeking to denaturalize La Rosa-Lopez. The U.S. alleges that the material misrepresentation on his naturalization application made him ineligible to become a United States citizen.
