जुमलों की चमक में धूमिल होती फरियादी की लाचार आंखें! उत्तर प्रदेश के रायबरेली से सामने आई यह तस्वीर सत्ता के उन बड़े-बड़े दावों और वादों की पोल खोलने के लिए काफी है, जो मंचों से बड़ी-बड़ी डींगें हांकने के लिए गढ़े जाते हैं। एक तरफ जहां जनपद में मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के दौरे पर विकास और सुशासन के दावे किए जा रहे थे, वहीं दूसरी तरफ एक बेबस महिला न्याय और अपनी फरियाद की गुहार लेकर सिस्टम के पहरेदारों के बीच भटकती नजर आई। मामला जगतपुर थाने का है। दर्दनाक हकीकत: -सूबे के मुखिया के हाई-प्रोफाइल दौरे और सुरक्षा के भारी-भरकम इंतजामों के बीच एक दुखी महिला की आवाज मुख्यमंत्री तक पहुंचना तो दूर, उससे मिलने की उम्मीद तक को बेरहमी से कुचल दिया गया। -मंचों से चाहे जितने भी लोकलुभावन जुमले फेंके जाएं, लेकिन जमीन पर सच यह है कि आम जनता की तकलीफें सुनने वाला कोई नहीं है। -जब एक पीड़ित महिला को पुलिस और प्रशासन के घेरे के बीच दर-दर भटकना पड़े, तो यह साफ हो जाता है कि जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान के दावे केवल कागजी और खोखले हैं। सवाल यह है कि अगर जनता के राजा ही अपनी ही प्रजा के आंसुओं से मुंह फेर लें, तो इस ‘रामराज्य’ में न्याय की उम्मीद आखिर किससे की जाए?

वर्दी का दर्द: दुश्मन से लड़े या अपनों को बचाए? देवरिया के फौजी की पीड़ा ने झकझोरा देश की सरहद पर बर्फ की चोटियों और गोलियों की गड़गड़ाहट के बीच देश की हिफाजत करने वाले वीर जवान जब अपनी ही माटी पर अपनों की चीखें सुनते हैं, तो वर्दी का यह दर्द कलेजा चीर देने वाला होता है। जम्मू-कश्मीर की LOC पर तैनात उत्तर प्रदेश के देवरिया के वीर बहादुर सिंह का यह वीडियो डबल इंजन सरकार के उस खोखले दावों की पोल खोल रहा है, जिसमें 'कानून का राज' और 'माफियाओं पर बुलडोजर' चलने का ढोल पीटा जाता है। जब एक सैनिक खुद यह पूछने पर मजबूर हो जाए कि वह सरहद पर दुश्मनों से लड़े या अपनी बुजुर्ग माता-पिता और बहनों को स्थानीय दबंगों और भू-माफियाओं के चंगुल से बचाए, तो यह व्यवस्था के मुंह पर कालिख है। सीएम योगी से मिलने की गुहार और सेना द्वारा दो-दो बार आधिकारिक पत्र भेजे जाने के बावजूद यदि जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस के कानों पर जूं तक नहीं रेंगती, तो यह साफ साबित होता है कि जनता और जवानों की सुरक्षा के कागजी दावे सिर्फ चुनावी जुमले बनकर रह गए हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश में गुंडाराज के खात्मे का दावा करने वाली सरकार के राज में अगर एक सैनिक का परिवार ही महफूज नहीं है, तो आम आदमी की सुरक्षा का भगवान ही मालिक है। क्या 'योगी-मोदी' मॉडल का मतलब यही है कि जो जवान देश के लिए अपनी जान दांव पर लगाता है, उसके परिवार को न्याय के लिए दर-दर की ठोकरें खानी पड़ें और माफिया खुलेआम तांडव मचाते रहें?
