วันนี้ผมอยากมาเตือนเพื่อนๆ คือว่าผมต้องสูญเสียพี่ที่สนิทมากๆ ไปคนหนึ่งอย่างกะทันหัน ทั้งที่ก่อนหน้านั้นแกยังแข็งแรงดีทุกอย่าง ทุกอย่างเกิดขึ้นไวมาก ภายในเวลาแค่ 48 ชั่วโมง จากคนที่แข็งแรงไม่มีโรคประจำตัว กับต้องจากไปอย่างกะทันหัน ย้อนกลับไปเมื่อวันศุกร์ที่แล้วพี่คนนี้แกเห็นนกเขาตกลงจากต้นไม้ ซึ่งนกตัวนี้มันดูผอมๆ ไม่มีแรงบิน แกเลยจับมาดู แกสงสารมันแกเลยเอาไปเลี้ยง เลี้ยงได้ 3 วันมันก็แข็งแรงแกเลยปล่อยไป หลังจากนั้นแกรู้สึกว่าเหมือนจะไม่สบายเลยไปซื้อยามาทาน พอวันอังคารตอนบ่าย แกรู้สึกเหนื่อยๆ อ่อนเพลีย แกเลยนอนพัก แฟนแกสังเกตุว่า หน้าตาพี่เขาทำไมอยู่ดีๆก็หมองคล้ำ คือแบบหน้าตาเปลี่ยนสีเร็วมาก เลยต้องพาไปโรงพยาบาล พอพาไปโรงพยาบาล หมอบอกว่าแกมีภาวะ ติดเชื้อในกระแสเลือดอย่างรุนแรง และหลังจากนั้นอาการทรุดลงเร็วมาก ทั้งความดันต่ำ ชีพจรตก น้ำตาลต่ำ เกร็ดเลือดต่ำ ตอนที่ผมไปเยี่ยมเมื่อวาน ผมมองผ่านกระจกเข้าไป สังเกตุหน้าตาพี่เขาดำมากๆ ดำเหมือนว่ามีปานดำขนาดใหญ่ อยู่บนใบหน้าของแก ทั้งที่แกเป็นคนขาวมาก และระหว่างนั้นหมอก็กำลังเร่งส่งเพาะเชื้อ และตรวจหาเชื้อว่ามันคือเชื้อตัวไหน ซึ่งหมอได้บอกกับพวกเราว่าเชื้อตัวนี้มันรุนแรงมากๆ และผู้ป่วยมีโอกาสเสียชีวิตสูงมาก พอมาวันนี้แกทรุดหนักจากร่างกายที่ไม่รับยาน่าจะมาจากเชื้อตัวนี้มันไปทำให้อวัยวะในร่างกายทำงานผิดปกติและสุดท้ายวันนี้ก็ไม่สามารถยื้อชีวิตแกไว้ได้ ผลตรวจจากแพทย์ทำให้พวกเราตกใจมาก เพราะสาเหตุเกิดจากการติดเชื้อที่มาจาก นกเขา ที่พี่แกไปจับดูก่อนหน้านั้น เชื้อนี้มีชื่อว่า Chlamydia psittaci เป็นเชื้อแบคทีเรียที่แฝงอยู่ในตัวนก รวมถึงนกเขา นกพิราบ หรือนกกระจอกตามธรรมชาติ ทั้งในขน สารคัดหลั่ง และมูลนก เพียงแค่เราใช้มือเปล่าไปจับ สัมผัส แล้วมาหยิบจับอาหาร ขยี้ตา หรือแค่สูดดมฝุ่นละอองจากตัวมันเข้าไป เชื้อก็สามารถเข้าสู่ปอดและซึมเข้ากระแสเลือด ทำให้อวัยวะล้มเหลวได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ผมเลยอยากใช้พื้นที่ตรงนี้ เตือนสติทุกคนและคนที่เรารักครับ 1. อย่าจับนกธรรมชาติหรือนกป่วยด้วยมือเปล่าเด็ดขาด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นนกเขา นกพิราบ หรือนกชนิดไหนก็ตาม 2. หากจำเป็นต้องช่วยเหลือนกให้ใส่หน้ากากอนามัย และใช้ผ้าหนาๆ หรือใส่ถุงมือจับเสมอ 3. ถ้าต้องทำความสะอาดขี้นกทอย่าใช้แปรงแห้งขัดจนฝุ่นฟุ้ง ให้ใช้น้ำฉีดให้เปียกก่อนเสมอ และใส่หน้ากากอนามัยป้องกัน 4. หากเคยสัมผัสนก แล้วมีอาการไข้สูง ไอ หายใจลำบาก หรืออ่อนเพลียผิดปกติ ให้รีบไปพบแพทย์ และ ต้องแจ้งประวัติการสัมผัสนกกับหมอทันที เพื่อให้หมอจ่ายยาได้ตรงจุดตั้งแต่นาทีแรก ขอให้เหตุการณ์การสูญเสียพี่สาวที่แสนดีของผมในครั้งนี้ เป็นบทเรียนเตือนใจให้ทุกคนระมัดระวังตัวกันมากขึ้นนะครับ ไม่อยากให้ใครต้องมาเจอกับความสูญเสียแบบนี้อีกเลย
