Donc, organiser un dialogue en allant consulter le peuple serait un « monologue » ! Il ne deviendrait un vĂ©ritable dialogue quâĂ la condition de rĂ©unir Kabila, Katumbi, Kabund et consorts autour dâune table. Le raisonnement est assez extraordinaire : Tshisekedi et le peuple congolais ne formeraient, Ă eux seuls, quâune seule voix, tandis que quelques responsables politiques constitueraient, eux, la pluralitĂ© nĂ©cessaire au dialogue. Autrement dit, ce seraient eux qui incarneraient le pays, et non le peuple. Il faudrait donc impĂ©rativement leur parler, les consulter, les associer, sous peine de ne pas ĂȘtre dĂ©mocrate. Je ne sais pas si lâon mesure le degrĂ© de dĂ©rĂšglement: Ă force de se croire indispensable Ă toute solution nationale, lâhomme politique congolais a fini par considĂ©rer le peuple lui-mĂȘme comme un interlocuteur secondaire.
