Siyasetin kişisel düşmanlığa dönüştüğü, yargının ise bu düşmanlığın aracına çevrildiği bu dönem mutlaka not edilmelidir. Bizim dışımızda diğer siyasi partilerin, kanaat önderlerinin ve Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi içerisinde vicdan sahibi olduğuna inandığımız hukukçuların ve siyasetçilerin de buna itiraz etmesi gerekir.
