Los restos de Carlos Alberto Beltrán Olmeda, exoficial mayor del Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos y exasesor político de Rubén Rocha Moya, fueron localizados el pasado 13 de julio en una fosa clandestina ubicada en una brecha que conduce a la colonia La Ballena, en San José del Cabo. Hasta ahora, las autoridades no han informado cuándo murió, la causa de muerte ni las circunstancias del crimen. La investigación continúa para esclarecer los hechos e identificar a los responsables.
