Condeno con firmeza toda forma de violencia contra civiles inocentes —lo que ocurrió el 7 de octubre y lo que continúa ocurriendo, cada día, ante la mirada del mundo entero. Tengo amigos, familiares y seres queridos que son judíos, y los amo profundamente. Me duele lo que han vivido y lo que han perdido. Por eso creo que alzar la voz contra el horror que vive Gaza no es contradictorio con condenar el antisemitismo. Todo lo contrario: es coherente con la defensa de la vida y la dignidad humana, sin distinción.
