APREHENSIÓN DE TRES DELINCUENTES POR ASESINATO DE SECRETARIO DE FISCALÍA EN SALINAS. El operativo fue ejecutado por la Policía Nacional en Santa Elena donde fueron aprehendidas tres personas presuntamente vinculadas al asesinato de José Luis Merchán Perero, secretario de Fiscalía, ocurrido en las inmediaciones de la Fiscalía de Salinas. Aprehendidos: Anderson Orlando Muñoz Bajaña, alias “Guayaco”. Francisco Teódulo León Torna, con antecedentes registrados por robo, evasión y tenencia y porte de armas, entre otros. Anyer Josely Crespo Parra, de nacionalidad venezolana. Los tres estarían vinculados al grupo “Los Choneros”. Indicios: 1 motocicleta, 4 teléfonos celulares, prendas de vestir, una gorra y un pasamontañas. Fueron puestos a órdenes de la justicia para el debido proceso. Seguimos trabajando.

TATUABAN A SUS VÍCTIMAS COMO SEÑAL DE PERTENENCIA. OPERACIÓN METAMORFOSIS: CUATRO DETENIDOS EN CINCO ALLANAMIENTOS EN DESARTICULACIÓN DE UNA RED CRIMINAL CON FINES DE EXPLOTACIÓN SEXUAL EN MANABÍ. El operativo fue ejecutado por la Policía Nacional en El Carmen y Bahía de Caráquez. Las víctimas: TODAS MENORES DE EDAD que poseían “la marca de la bestia”, como son conocidos los tatuajes en una de las fotos de este post, en el bajo mundo. En la intervención participó ademas la Fiscalía General del Estado y Our Rescue en una investigación que tomó varios meses. Esta estructura criminal está vinculada al GDO “Los Choneros” dedicada a la trata de personas con fines de explotación sexual. Los integrantes de esta estructura presuntamente captaban, trasladaban y acogían a adolescentes, movilizándolas hacia centros de diversión nocturna y otros inmuebles mediante intimidación y otros actos deleznables. RESULTADOS: 4 detenidos: Steven Daniel Moncayo Mera, 22 años. Anthony Leonardo Cobeña Zambrano, 25 años. Andy Fabricio Barre Barre, 21 años. Jhon Michael Cortes Molina, 25 años. 5 allanamientos 4 en el cantón El Carmen. 1 en Bahía de Caráquez. Víctimas Adolescente de 16 años localizada y rescatada. Se identificaron otras posibles víctimas menores de edad, como parte de las investigaciones. Indicios 7 terminales móviles. Durante las intervenciones también se localizaron altares, figuras y simbología relacionada con el entorno delictivo. Seguimos trabajando.

🚨 CUATRO APREHENDIDOS Y DOS ARMAS DE FUEGO INCAUTADAS EN QUITO Una actitud inusual levantó las alertas de nuestros equipos investigativos en el sector de #LaArgelia, en el sur de #Quito. Tras labores de inteligencia y técnicas de gestión investigativa, unidades de #PolicíaEcuador ubicaron e interceptaron un vehículo en cuyo interior se movilizaban cuatro ciudadanos. Durante el registro del automotor fueron localizadas dos armas de fuego y once cartuchos, además de cuatro terminales móviles cuya procedencia no pudo ser justificada. Como resultado de la intervención, cuatro ciudadanos, dos de ellos extranjeros, fueron aprehendidos por el presunto delito de tenencia y porte ilegal de armas de fuego. PRESUNTO DELINCUENTE ABATIDO MEDIANTE USO LEGÍTIMO DE LA FUERZA EN #GUAYAQUIL La #PolicíaEcuador, durante un patrullaje preventivo en el sector de Cristo del Consuelo, #Guayaquil, identificó una motocicleta con dos ocupantes, quienes al notar la presencia policial habrían intentado evadir a los servidores policiales. Ante esta acción, se inició una persecución, durante la cual los presuntos implicados habrían realizado disparos contra nuestros uniformados, generándose un enfrentamiento armado. Ante una amenaza real, actual e inminente contra la vida de nuestros servidores policiales, y en estricto apego a los principios de legalidad, necesidad y proporcionalidad, se aplicó el #UsoLegítimoDeLaFuerza, logrando neutralizar a los presuntos agresores. Como resultado del procedimiento, uno de los presuntos implicados falleció y una mujer fue aprehendida. Además, se levantó un arma de fuego tipo revólver y una motocicleta como indicios del hecho. #ATENCIÓN 10 APREHENDIDOS Y MÁS DE 200 DISPOSITIVOS INCAUTADOS EN PRESUNTO CALL CENTER DE EXTORSIÓN EN QUITO 🚨 Una alerta ciudadana permitió a la #PolicíaEcuador intervenir un inmueble en el centro-norte de Quito, donde presuntamente funcionaba un call center relacionado con actividades extorsivas. Durante el procedimiento, fueron verificadas aproximadamente 85 personas y se localizaron más de 200 dispositivos electrónicos, entre computadores, teléfonos celulares y otros equipos tecnológicos. 🔎 En las primeras diligencias se identificaron mensajes presuntamente extorsivos, amenazas e imágenes de contenido violento. Además, existen indicios de que las comunicaciones y posibles extorsiones estarían dirigidas también a ciudadanos de otros países. Resultados: -10 personas aprehendidas. - Aproximadamente 85 personas verificadas. - Más de 200 dispositivos electrónicos localizados -02 armas traumáticas decomisadas Las investigaciones continúan para determinar el funcionamiento, conexiones y posible alcance transnacional de esta presunta estructura, así como establecer responsabilidades individuales. #ServirYProtegerConFirmeza

AFECTAMOS A UNA ESTRUCTURA DELICTIVA DEDICADA AL ROBO DE VEHÍCULOS EN EJES VIALES; ENTRE LOS DETENIDOS CONSTAN DOS INDIVIDUOS DE INTERÉS PENAL RELEVANTE Tras cuatro meses de investigación, la #PolicíaEcuador, en coordinación con la Fiscalía General del Estado, ejecutó operativos en Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas y El Carmen, logrando afectar a una estructura delictiva presuntamente dedicada al robo de camiones y cabezales en diferentes ejes viales. Las investigaciones permitieron establecer que sus integrantes identificaban a conductores mientras descansaban, los sometían mediante violencia y sustraían los vehículos para posteriormente trasladarlos a talleres mecánicos clandestinos, donde eran desmantelados con el propósito de comercializar sus autopartes. Durante la intervención fueron allanados 10 inmuebles y se intervino un taller mecánico. Además, ocho personas fueron detenidas, quienes registran antecedentes por robo, secuestro extorsivo, receptación, tenencia y porte de armas. Entre los detenidos se encuentran José A. y Jorge V., catalogados como Individuos de Interés Penal Relevante (IIPR). Las investigaciones vinculan a esta estructura con varios hechos delictivos registrados entre junio y julio de 2026 en sectores como Alluriquín, Tandapi, La Unión del Toachi, Obelisco y la vía Quevedo. DESARTICULAMOS UN CENTRO DE ALMACENAMIENTO DE ARMAS Y MUNICIONES EN SANTO DOMINGO En el marco de la #EstrategiaOperacional3D, unidades de #PolicíaEcuador intervinieron un inmueble en el sector Ciudad Verde, #SantoDomingoDeLosTsáchilas, presuntamente utilizado para el almacenamiento de armas de fuego y municiones.
