Rebel News engagement report
@RebelNewsOnline - 653K followers on X
Measured over 37 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on August 25, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 78 interactions against 653K followers, an engagement rate of 0.012%. Measured over 37 original posts, its engagement rate beats 35% of 3,809 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 6.6K times each, and 1.17% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.02% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2.4 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 10% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 37 posts sampled, 35% carry an image or video, 5% are part of a thread and 68% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 12K interactions, about 156x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size
Rebel News's engagement rate beats 35% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,809 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 8 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 57% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.012%, Rebel News sits above the 10th percentile of the 36,852 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.012%.

Posting timing
This account posts most often around 14:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

BREAKING: Toronto Police just fined our billboard truck driver outside WNBA game for displaying a pro-women message Toronto police have just hit our billboard truck with two fines totalling $1,230 for playing a video defending women’s sports. Our driver Mark was parked right outside the WNBA game in downtown Toronto. The truck’s massive screens were running a public service announcement featuring Serena Williams and Martina Navratilova explaining a simple biological fact: no matter how talented a female athlete is, men are stronger. Police swarmed the truck, ordered Mark to turn the video off, and claimed it was illegal for him to play that ad. They issued a $615 ticket on the spot. Not for any traffic offence, but purely for the content. When Mark put one of the officers on the phone with me, the cop repeated the same absurd claim: that it’s illegal to show a video on a truck. That’s not the law. That’s censorship. And it’s a clear vendetta against Rebel News driven by an extremist pro-transgender ideology that prioritises men over women and girls in sport. Minutes later police issued a second $615 fine, bringing the total to $1,230, and threatened more tickets if the video stayed on. This follows an earlier incident just weeks ago when police stopped the same truck and investigated it for “hate speech” over a similar message. We are covering every cent of these fines. Mark will not pay a dollar. We will fight both tickets in court to defend our freedom of speech and freedom of the press. I'm heading down there right now to stand with Mark. If necessary, I will take over the truck myself so our driver does not have to face further harassment. This has to stop. If you believe police should not be fining independent media for telling the truth about sex and sport, please stand with us and help defend the truck at https://t.co/JvxjQgJXeU. SHOCKING: The NY Times reveals that the US were keen to move ahead with the Keystone XL pipeline, but the Liberals used it as a bargaining chip to try to change the deal in the last hours. Carney says Canada is 'at war' — so why is Parliament still on vacation? If 80,000 Canadian jobs really are poised to disappear, the people whose salaries Canadians pay should probably be at their desks trying to save them. Get back to work. https://t.co/OSxR4MVJYE

On CNBC, Joe Kernen reminds Dom LeBlanc of some stark economic realities in Canada "Minister LeBlanc, this is the last thing Canada needs. And I'm not sure whether you have a good feel for, for changes that need to be made in the economic approach of Canada." "The OECD projects that Canada out of 38 OECD members will rank 38 dead last in GDP per capita growth through 2060. And I'm trying to figure out why." "I looked to see and I do find one thing it says here, tax and regulatory competitiveness." "There's a gap even with the US where we think regulate, you know, permitting." @JoeSquawk @DLeBlancNB

Anyway, I bet we will see massive bailouts to tariff-afflicted sectors and CERB 2.0, none of which we can afford. If you care about future generations of Canadians being saddled with this shit, you should be demanding negotiations continue and that the Liberals show us the deal

- What is Rebel News's engagement rate on X?
- Rebel News (@RebelNewsOnline) has an engagement rate of 0.012%, based on the median interactions across 37 original posts from the last 30 days against 652,908 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.012%, Rebel News sits above the 10th percentile of the 36,852 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @RebelNewsOnline have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 35% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,809 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @RebelNewsOnline post?
- Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day, at roughly 2.37 posts per day across the measured window.
