No siguieron el consejo y lo que aprobaron en 1era discusión ES INCONSTITUCIONAL… No por el hecho de que en otros tiempos se había hecho de esta manera (2094,2010,…) debe repetirse el error que en este momento es injustificable dada la incertidumbre sobre cual será el órgano que en definitiva proceda a la designación. El Comite de Postulaciones Judiciales no puede estar integrado por Diputados. No importa el número, ni 11 ni 1, no puede integrarlo ningún miembro del Parlamento. Solo debe estar integrado por miembros CUALIFICADOS de la Sociedad Civil (profesores universitarios expertos en derecho; miembros de las Academias, colegios profesionales, etc)… Aún pueden rectificar… Lean el texto expreso del artículo 270 constitucional 👇

Tras años de censura y autocensura, en la radio venezolana entrevistaron a la ex presa política Emirlendris Benítez, tres días después de haber sido excarcelada luego de ocho años detenida arbitrariamente, en los que fue torturada mientras estaba embarazada hasta provocarle un aborto y dejarla en silla de ruedas.
