سمو رئيس مجلس الوزراء.. هناك أكثر من 500 أسرة كويتية مهددة بالطرد، من منازل سكنوها واستقروا بها، بعقود رسمية، وبنظام حق الانتفاع، وبإيجار يُدفع للدولة، ووفق القانون. فبأي حق، ووفق أي قانون -أو حتى منطق-، يُرسل وزير الإسكان إشعاراً للأُسر مفاجئاً وصادماً، يطالبهم بضرورة الإخلاء خلال أقل من شهر!! ودون أي مسوغ قانوني؟! أمر مؤلم ومُحزن جداً، أهلنا وين يروحون.. منهم أصدقاء لي أعرفهم جيداً! معظمهم أقترض لترميم بيته، بسبب حالة البيت السيئة عند استلامه من الإسكان.. فمن سيعوضهم عن خسائرهم، وثقتهم بالقانون، وبعقود الحكومة، وقوانينها وقراراتها؟! وكيف الآن سيخرجون من منازلهم التي عمّروها، ويستأجرون مكاناً آخر، وهم مكبّلون أصلاً بالقروض والديون؟! وفق الدستور، لا رجعية بتطبيق القانون بعد تعديله، ولا سريان لأي تعديل على وقائع سابقة. الاشعار بالإخلاء يا سمو الرئيس، غير قانوني، وغير دستوري، ولا إنساني، وأهل الكويت لا يستحقون هذه المعاملة.. وأنت، وما عهدته بك -من السنوات التي زاملتك فيها بالبرلمان-، لا تقبل ذلك.
