Le projet a été notre seule boussole ! je n’ai jamais perçu ma nomination comme une récompense mais le prolongement d’un combat militant, anti-impérialiste et panafricain depuis 2016. La mission n’était que de servir la République avec les principes forgés au fil des années de luttes . Dès lors que s’installe une nouvelle ligne politique qui n’est pas la mienne, que les méthodes que nous avons combattues reviennent une à une, il devient nécessaire de prendre ses responsabilités. La venue de Macky Sall au Palais est celle de trop. Cet homme nous doit des comptes. La dette cachée, c’est lui. Une grande partie des maux que le pays traverse aujourd’hui, c’est lui. Des Sénégalais sont morts, des familles attendent encore la vérité. Qu’il y ait une photo ou non, lui rouvrir les portes du Palais, c’est aider à repolir son image. À ça, je ne prêterai pas la main non plus. Oui je l’ai dit , ma conscience passe devant mes intérêts. Hier, aujourd’hui et demain ! De l’intérieur, Dieu sait ô combien nous avons tout fait pour que le projet ne soit jamais dévié , pour que le tandem ne soit jamais brisé , pour que l’espoir de notre peuple ne soit point torpillé. Mais À Allah, Seul, appartient la destinée ! Je demeure engagé pleinement pour le Sénégal et les aspirations profondes de notre peuple.
