Fue detenido el 21/06/19 y acusado por instigación a la rebelión, sentenciado a 7 años y ya tiene la pena cumplida. Por su edad debió cumplir sentencia en su residencia pero sigue recluido en Ramo Verde. El 10 de febrero de 2021, Juan Carlos Castellanos Chinchilla, estudiante, quien trabajaba como taxista se negó a pagar una extorsion en un peaje en Acarigua provocando que los funcionarios transformaran el procedimiento en un secuestro. Su hermano mayor, el abogado Gabriel Castellanos Chinchilla, (36) comenzo a buscarlo al ver que no regresaba y el 12 de febrero lo localizó en un lugar donde lo tenían oculto. ↪️Los hermanos fueron sometidos a desaparicion forzada por 8 meses, sin que se supiera si estaban vivos o muertos, y durante este tiempo, fueron Torturados sin piedad, incluyendo metodos de torturas fisicas y psicologicas continuas y Juan Carlos fue violado con un palo.. ↪️ El criminal "Juez" José Mascimino Márquez, que hoy dia esta preso, le pidió en aquel entonces a la familia 2000 dolares para liberarlos, dinero que no poseian, y esto provocó que el caso se transformara de un secuestro y extorsión a una trama politica, acusandolos de terrorismo. Fueron condenados a 30 años, aunque en el juicio dirigido por la Juez Alejandra Romero, se demostró su inocencia, pero la Orden de condenarlos venia "de arriba" como tantas otras donde la estructura criminal al mando ordena a quien se condena. ↪️ En las fotos el antes y el despues de los hermanos, quienes hoy presentan secuelas y desnutrición. Dos jovenes cuyas vidas se están perdiendo en una cárcel, por no dejarse extorsionar. #LibertadParaLosHermanosCastellanos #LibertadParaTodosLosPresosPoliticos
