چند روز قبل آزاد کشمیر کے ایک ذمہ دار صحافی دوست نے اپنے حالیہ راولاکوٹ دورے سے متعلق ایک اہم مشاہدہ شیئر کیا۔ ان کے مطابق وہ تقریباً ایک سے دو ہفتے قبل چار سے پانچ روز راولاکوٹ میں مقیم رہے، جہاں انہوں نے دھرنے کے شرکاء، علاقہ مکینوں، مقامی سیاسی شخصیات اور انتظامیہ سے وابستہ بعض ذمہ داران سے بھی گفتگو کی۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ دھرنے کے اطراف اور انٹری پوائٹس پر انہیں مسلح افراد نظر آئے۔ ان کے بقول ان افراد کا حلیہ مقامی کشمیریوں سے مختلف تھا، جبکہ وہ مسلسل دھرنے کے رضاکاروں کے ساتھ موجود تھے۔ صحافی دوست کے مطابق جب انہوں نے ان مسلح افراد میں سے بعض سے بات کی تو ان کا کہنا تھا کہ وہ دھرنے والوں کو "پروٹیکشن" فراہم کرنے کے لیے موجود ہیں۔ بعد ازاں یہی سوال انہوں نے دھرنے کی قیادت سے بھی کیا کہ یہ لوگ کون ہیں؟ اس پر قیادت کا جواب تھا "ہم ان افراد کی ذمہ داری کا دعویٰ نہیں کرتے، لیکن ہمیں تحفظ کی ضرورت ہے، اس لیے اگر یہ ہماری حفاظت کر رہے ہیں تو ہمیں اس پر کوئی اعتراض نہیں۔ اگر یہ تمام مشاہدات درست ہیں تو ایک بنیادی سوال ضرور پیدا ہوتا ہے، اگر یہ تحریک واقعی مکمل طور پر پُرامن ہے، تو پھر مسلح افراد کی وہاں موجودگی کی کیا وجہ ہے؟ اگر مسلح افراد مقامی کشمیری بھی نہیں تو انہیں دھرنے والوں کا تحفظ فراہم کرنے کا اختیار کس نے دیا؟ یہ ایسے سوالات ہیں جن کے واضح جواب عوام کے سامنے آنے چاہیے۔
