देर रात सूचना मिली कि दिल्ली से जयपुर की ओर जाने वाले जयपुर तिराहे के (पुलिया पर सड़क में बड़ा गड्ढा बना हुआ है ) पुलिया के जॉइंट के पास सड़क धँसी हुई है। सूचना मिलते ही मैं तत्काल मौके पर पहुँचा और स्थिति का जायजा लिया। मौके पर वास्तव में पुलिया के जॉइंट के पास सड़क धँसी हुई मिली, जो किसी भी समय बड़े हादसे का कारण बन सकती है तत्काल NHAI PD से संपर्क कर मौके पर बिटुमिन के पैकेट (बनी हुई डामर के कट्टे) मंगवाकर अस्थायी मरम्मत करवाने का कार्य करवाया l लेकिन मैं इस अस्थायी मरम्मत कार्य से बिल्कुल संतुष्ट नहीं हूँ। पुलिया के ऊपर DBM के बाद डामर की अंतिम परत का कार्य अभी तक लंबित है। साथ ही जॉइंट के पास सड़क के नीचे का हिस्सा बैठना गंभीर तकनीकी लापरवाही है। इस संबंध में NHAI PD श्री अजय आर्य जी को तत्काल अवगत करवाकर स्पष्ट रूप से कहा है कि— पुलिया के ऊपर पड़े सभी गड्ढों का तत्काल डामरीकरण किया जाए। जहाँ सड़क धँसी है, वहाँ डामर हटाकर सही तकनीकी तरीके से बेड तैयार किया जाए और पुनः डामरीकरण किया जाए पूरी पुलिया की तकनीकी जाँच करवाई जाए। पुलिया के ऊपर लंबित डामरीकरण का कार्य शीघ्र पूरा किया जाए। दिल्ली तिराहे पुलिया का लंबित कार्य गुणवतापूर्वक तेज गति से पूरा करवाया जाए। और अवगत करवाने के बाद भी यदि NHAI की लापरवाही की वजह से कोई हादसा होता है जिसकी जिम्मेदार तमाम अधिकारी होंगे l कुछ दिन पूर्व शाहपुरा की जनता के साथ NHAI जयपुर कार्यालय पहुँचकर दिल्ली तिराहे एवं जयपुर तिराहे की पुलिया की समस्याओं और निर्माण में सामने आ रही कमियों को लेकर विरोध दर्ज करवाया था l वहीं भूरामूर्ति-आर्ट से देवन तिराहे की ओर सर्विस रोड के सिमेंटेड निर्माण का कार्य भी तेजी से चल रहा है। दोनों ओर सड़क एवं नालियों का कार्य पूर्ण होने के बाद क्षेत्रवासियों को आवागमन में बड़ी राहत मिलेगी। मैं स्पष्ट कहना चाहता हूँ— शाहपुरा की जनता और यहाँ से गुजरने वाले प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की सुरक्षा मेरी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। जनता की जान जोखिम में डालने वाली किसी भी लापरवाही को स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। आज सुबह पुनः NHAI अधिकारियों से बात कर तत्काल इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए कहूंगा l और केंद्रीय सड़क एवं परिवहन मंत्री महोदय जी के OSD को भी पूरे मामले से अवगत करवाऊंगा l जनता की सेवा केवल जिम्मेदारी नहीं, मेरा कर्तव्य है। जनता की सुरक्षा से कोई समझौता नहीं होगा। @nitin_gadkari @PMOIndia @RajCMO @NHAI_Official

मनोहरपुर वासियो को एक और बड़ी सौगात । आचार संहिता लगने से पहले बड़े प्रयासों से मिल गई थी 4 करोड़ 23 लाख 26 हजार 631 रुपए की सौगात । वेस्ट मैनेजमेंट वाटर के लिए 3 करोड़ 60 लाख 32 हजार रुपए की स्वीकृति की बाद 18 अगस्त को ही कार्य आदेश जारी हो गए थे। वही 10 सीटर के लिए 33 लाख 40 हजार 340 रुपए एवं 8 सीटर के लिए 29 लाख 54 हजार 291 रुपए के दो सामुदायिक सुलभ शौचालय की भी स्वीकृति के बाद 19 अगस्त सुबह ही कार्य आदेश जारी हो गए थे आचार संहिता लगने से पहले स्वीकृति देने के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री Bhajanlal Sharma जी एवं यूडीएच मंत्री श्री Jhabar Singh Kharra जी का बहुत-बहुत आभार एवं धन्यवाद |

कल देर रात मुझे सूचना मिली कि जयपुर तिराहा पुलिया पर सड़क में बड़े खड्डे हो गए है जिससे कभी भी कोई गंभीर हादसा हो सकता है। जनता की सुरक्षा को सर्वोपरि मानते हुए सवा 1 बजे तत्काल मौके पर पहुंचकर रात में ही डामर के कट्टे डलवाकर अस्थायी मरम्मत करवाई। साथ ही एनएचआई के अधिकारियों से बात कर सुबह मौके का निरीक्षण कर समस्या का स्थायी समाधान करने के लिए कहा। आज आज एनएचआई के पीडी, आरओ एवं अन्य अधिकारियों ने मौके पर पहुंचकर जयपुर तिराहा पुलिया का निरीक्षण किया और खड्डों का डामरीकरण कराकर समस्या का समाधान करवाया। अधिकारियों ने यह भी आश्वासन दिया कि प्रस्तावित डामरीकरण की एक परत का कार्य भी जल्द पूरा करवाया जाएगा। इसी दौरान दिल्ली तिराहा पुलिया का भी निरीक्षण किया गया। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि इसी साल में सर्विस रोड, सीमेंटेड सड़क एवं नाली निर्माण का कार्य बेहतर तरीके से करवा दिया जाएगा तथा दीपावली तक दिल्ली तिराहा पुलिया का निर्माण कार्य पूरा करने का प्रयास किया जाएगा। साथियों, मेरे लिए राजनीति नहीं, जनसेवा सर्वोपरि है। किसी भी व्यक्ति की जान को खतरा न हो, जनता सुरक्षित रहे और क्षेत्र की समस्याओं का समय पर समाधान हो—यही मेरा कर्तव्य है। आपकी सेवा में दिन-रात, हर परिस्थिति में हाजिर हूँ। आपकी समस्या का समाधान मेरी जिम्मेदारी है।
