Today, we announce two strategic transactions that strengthen our power generation positions in key European markets. These deals support the deployment of our Integrated #Power strategy in Europe. First, we have signed an agreement to acquire @Shell's onshore #renewables business in #Europe. This includes 500 MW of solar and wind assets in operation or under construction, mainly in Italy and the Netherlands. It also adds a 3.5 GW pipeline of solar, wind, and battery storage projects in Italy, the United Kingdom, and Spain. At the same time, we have signed an agreement with an insurance account managed by @KKR_Co for the sale of a 50% stake in a 1.2 GW portfolio of developed onshore solar and wind assets in Europe, located across #Germany, #Spain, #France, and #Poland. #TotalEnergies will retain a 50% stake in the assets and continue to operate them.
