Alabama Athletics engagement report
@UA_Athletics - 499K followers on X
Measured over 33 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on August 28, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 53 interactions against 499K followers, an engagement rate of 0.011%. Measured over 33 original posts, its engagement rate beats 32% of 3,774 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 10K times each, and 0.523% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.03% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 73% of days. Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Friday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 33 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video, 15% are part of a thread and 30% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 434 interactions, about 8.2x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #rolltide, #collegecolorsday, #ua30.

Compared with accounts its own size
Alabama Athletics's engagement rate beats 32% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,774 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 35% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.011%, Alabama Athletics sits above the 10th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.012%.

New numbers, same seats! To simplify navigation, new gate and section signs are currently being installed at Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium 🟥 Stadium gates are renumbered clockwise starting at the Walk of Champions. Fans can still use the same security checkpoints and entry gates they’re familiar with, but the number labels are now simplified. For example, fans who had a Gate 13-17 listed as the entry gate on their mobile ticket last season will now just see Gate 36. 🟥 Section names now have a three-digit number corresponding to the respective floor level. For example, Section FF on Level 1 is now Section 129 and Section SS-4 on Level 8 is now Section 850. 🟥 Some premium seating sections are reordered and updated with a cardinal direction designation. Skyboxes are now renamed to include a cardinal direction and a three-digit number corresponding to the floor level. 🟥 Rows and seat numbers are staying the same. Only the gates and section labels have been updated.

- What is Alabama Athletics's engagement rate on X?
- Alabama Athletics (@UA_Athletics) has an engagement rate of 0.011%, based on the median interactions across 33 original posts from the last 30 days against 498,990 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.011%, Alabama Athletics sits above the 10th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @UA_Athletics have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 32% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,774 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @UA_Athletics post?
- Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.97 posts per day across the measured window.
