The United States continues to support Libyan efforts to unify military, economic, and political institutions. The United States also welcomes the Ministry of Defense's and the LNA General Command's commitments yesterday to establish a Joint Operations Center in Sirte, an Air Force Training Center of Excellence in Misrata, and an Integrated Air Command. This past April, #Libya did an excellent job hosting a spoke of Exercise Flintlock 26. By working together, Libyan defense leaders from east and west earned the opportunity to host Exercise Flintlock 27.
