A typical post picks up 334 interactions against 849K followers, an engagement rate of 0.039%. Measured over 12 original posts, its engagement rate beats 57% of 3,739 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 37K times each, and 0.895% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 4.40% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.77 post a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 50% of days. Most posts go out around 03:00 UTC, and Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 12 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 8% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 5.5K interactions, about 16x its own typical post. Compared with accounts its own size

Vijay Kedia's engagement rate beats 57% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,739 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 9 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 48% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.039%, Vijay Kedia sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,261 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.012% to 0.08%.

Born in Bengal, raised in Bengal , I have seen its pride, its talent, and its industrial setbacks. This was once India’s financial and industrial powerhouse - home to trade, enterprise, tea, jute, and big business, built by the collective spirit of many communities. At the heart of Bengal has always been its people , especially the intellect, creativity, and cultural depth of Bengalis, which remain its timeless strength. History may have slowed Bengal’s journey, but never its potential. I hope this marks the beginning of a new chapter - where Bengal rebuilds, re industrializes, and reclaims the glory it truly deserves. ✌️

When millions of educated youngsters remain unemployed, perhaps the issue is not their attitude alone. Unemployment is a painful reality for millions of sincere young Indians. They need opportunities, skills, direction and encouragement , not labels that hurt their dignity. More worrying is that several reports suggest educated youth unemployment is far higher than among the uneducated, reflecting a deeper mismatch between education quality, industry needs, policy execution and job creation. Instead of blaming frustrated youngsters, perhaps all stakeholders -governments, industry, academia and society - must introspect more deeply on why so many capable young Indians still struggle to find meaningful opportunities. India’s youth should become the country’s greatest strength and demographic dividend - not its biggest frustration or disappointment. ✌️

Gen Z has changed the language of protest. Memes replace slogans. Ratios replace rallies. Virality replaces pamphlets. At times, outrage replaces civility. Governments, institutions, and society cannot respond with yesterday's playbook. The nature of public discourse has changed. It calls for more listening, genuine dialogue, greater transparency, and stronger accountability, rather than confrontation. If institutions continue responding with yesterday's methods, the gap between citizens and the state will only widen. 🇮🇳

India's future in EVs, batteries, solar energy, green hydrogen and energy storage will not be decided only by demand, capital or policy. It will also be decided by who controls the underlying supply chains. Today, a significant part of the global ecosystem for critical minerals, battery materials, refining, manufacturing equipment and process know how is concentrated in China. This is not a criticism. It is a recognition of decades of planning, investment and execution that have made China the dominant player in several strategic industries. For India, the lesson is clear. Strategic industries cannot depend indefinitely on external supply chains. We must accelerate domestic capabilities in mining, refining, advanced materials, manufacturing equipment, technology and R&D with urgency and consistency. In the 21st century, strategic influence is exercised not only at borders but also through technology, supply chains, critical minerals and manufacturing ecosystems. Excessive dependence in any of these areas can become a strategic vulnerability. Energy security, economic security and national security are increasingly becoming one and the same. The goal is not isolation. The goal is resilience. India does not need to replace the world. But India must build sufficient domestic capability so that its growth story is never hostage to external dependencies. The sooner we do it, the stronger India will be. 🇮🇳

I had the privilege of meeting Hon'ble Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman ji once again at an @NDTVProfit event. I reminded her that I had once had the honour of singing a song in her presence. When I mentioned it, she smiled, recalled the occasion, and acknowledged it. That meant a lot to me. Recognition is always gratifying. But being remembered for something created with sincerity is even more special. Grateful. 🙏🇮🇳 @nsitharamanoffc

The power of compounding belongs not only to professionals. It belongs to every disciplined citizen willing to think long term. Not everyone can fly a plane. But everyone has the right to fly. Similarly, not everyone can analyse stocks. But everyone deserves the opportunity to benefit from the power of compounding. Consider this: Suppose a person invests Rs. 10,000 per month for 20 years. If the post-tax return from an FD is 5%, the corpus grows to about Rs 41 lakh. If the post-tax return from equity is 10%, the corpus grows to about Rs. 76 lakh. Same person. Same monthly investment. Same discipline. Same 20 years. Yet the difference is Rs 35 lakh. The difference between 5% and 10% is not 5%. It is the difference between Rs 41 lakh and Rs. 76 lakh. Yes, higher returns come with volatility. But for a disciplined long-term investor, volatility is not merely a risk - it is also the price paid for the possibility of superior long term compounding. Volatility is the price of admission. Compounding is the reward. A nation prospers when its citizens don't just save money. They own a share in the businesses that create wealth. Equity investing may not be for everyone. But the power of compounding and business ownership should belong to everyone.

What is Vijay Kedia's engagement rate on X?
Vijay Kedia (@VijayKedia1) has an engagement rate of 0.039%, based on the median interactions across 12 original posts from the last 30 days against 849,007 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.039%, Vijay Kedia sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,261 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @VijayKedia1 have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 57% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,739 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @VijayKedia1 post?
Most posts go out around 03:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.77 posts per day across the measured window.
