انتشار فيديوهات ضياء العوضي اللي اتسببت في موت العشرات بعد وقف أدويتهم سببه ان الخوازميات بتدعمها بأعتبار أنها مثيرة للجدل. نفس الشخص لو كان في اوربا او أمريكا كانت نفس الخوارزميات حتستبعدها باعتبار انها خطر على حياة الناس وبضغوط من المؤسسات الصحية هناك.
