مقاطعة نجد: التقسيم الإداري 🇸🇦 ✍🏻كتبه: أ. فهد العضياني @fahadaladhyani بعد إعلان توحيد المملكة العربية السعودية اندمجت بذلك أقاليم نجد والأحساء والحجاز وعسير في كيان واحد، وبقيت هذه الأقاليم أساسًا للتقسيمات الإدارية والمحلية وذلك على النحو الآتي: مقاطعة نجد. مقاطعة الأحساء. مقاطعة عسير. مقاطعة الحجاز. وكانت مقاطعة نجد تُدار من العاصمة الرياض، وقُسمت هذه المقاطعة إلى ثلاثة أقسام رئيسة هي : منطقة نجد ومنطقة القصيم ومنطقة جبل شمر، وقد ضمت منطقة نجد ثماني إمارات هي : حوطة بني تميم، والحريق، ووادي الدواسر، والوشم، وسدير والمحمل، والخرمة، وبيشة، بالإضافة إلى خمس إمارات قبلية كانت مرتبطة رأسًا بمركز المنطقة وهي : * إمارة سبيع والسهول. * إمارة عتيبة بالدوادمي. * إمارة قحطان. * إمارة مطير. * إمارة آل شامر في علية. وفي عام 1373هـ صدر مرسوم ملكي أعيد بموجبه تنظيم التقسيمات الإدارية، فقُسمت المملكة إلى أربع مقاطعات هي مقاطعة الرياض والقصيم، والشرقية، والحدود الشمالية، وست عشرة إمارة من أبرزها إمارة المدينة المنورة، وإمارة الطائف، وإمارة تربة، إلى جانب قائم مقام العاصمة (مكة المكرمة)، وقائم مقام جدة. وفي عام 1395هـ أصبحت المملكة العربية السعودية تنقسم إداريًا إلى أربع عشرة إمارة، وهي المناطق الإدارية الحالية، بالإضافة إلى إمارة منطقة القريات. وفي عام 1412هـ صدر نظام المناطق بالأمر الملكي، الذي قضى بتقسيم المملكة العربية السعودية إلى ثلاث عشرة منطقة إدارية، ولا يزال هذا النظام معمولًا به حتى اليوم، كما قُسمت كل منطقة إلى محافظات من الفئتين (أ) و(ب) ترتبط بأمير المنطقة، وقُسمت المحافظات إلى مراكز من الفئتين (أ) و(ب)، مع ارتباط بعض المراكز مباشرة بإمارة المنطقة.
