Early reading. We have captured 4 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 92 interactions against 497K followers, an engagement rate of 0.018%. Posts are seen about 22K times each, and 0.414% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 4.47% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.67 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 37% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 4 posts sampled, 50% carry an image or video and 75% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 266 interactions, about 2.9x its own typical post. Only 4 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.018%, Billions Network sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,134 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.012% to 0.08%.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 36,134 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 107,713 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 14:00 UTC, and Thursday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

No trust → AI agent economy can’t scale The problem: “Al has a habit of confidently giving the wrong answer simply because it sounds right, forcing users to fact-check their market research, recommendations, and decisions. That's a waste of time.” Great point and conclusion by our collaboration partner @0xIntuition on @CoinMarketCap The solution: AI agents access Intuition’s decentralized knowledge graph “where information is supported, challenged, and backed by transparent reputation.” So when the AI agent manages your funds or reviews smart contracts on your behalf, it can “evaluate reputation-backed claims before deciding which contracts are safe or which agents deserve delegated permissions.” The same way you know exactly who your agent is through our Billions 'Know Your Agent' (KYA) framework, “your agents know exactly who and what to trust with fewer hallucinations, grounded in community consensus and the trust preferences you set.” Source: https://t.co/jXdeifArLE

Gateway and @eth_systems are collaborating to advance private, sovereign onchain finance for institutions. There is a reason this matters now. Institutions have already found digital asset as an asset class and are already looking at public rails for stablecoins, tokenized assets, settlement, collateral, and other financial workflows. But serious financial activity cannot operate in full public view. Positions, counterparties, transaction flows, access rules, and internal business logic require confidential infrastructure. That is where the next institutional layer of Ethereum begins.

Identity is too small of a word for what AI agents need In traditional finance, identity answers one question: who are you? Introduce AI and that's not so simple to answer Think about what's actually happening in the world we're building toward An AI agent may act for a person A wallet may transact for a business An API may trigger a transaction A workflow may execute across systems without a human approving every step So the real institutional question becomes: what is this actor allowed to do? That's agency: permission to act within boundaries Can this actor access this account? Can it initiate this payment? Can it move this amount? Can it interact with this counterparty? Can every action be proven later? If we want autonomous finance to become real (and I think we have months, not years, to get this right) we need to stop treating agents like human users with wallets. They are financial actors. Financial actors require verified agency.
