अतुल हार गया। न्यायिक सिस्टम जीत गया। उन पर तो कत्ल का इल्ज़ाम भी नहीं। लेकिन उनके उत्पीड़न भरे न्यायिक आदेशों की पालना में अतुल सुभाष ने आत्महत्या कर ली। भारत की न्यायिक व्यवस्था सड़ गल रही है। दुर्गंध से युक्त है। सब इसके पीड़ित हैं। कुछ एक को छोड़कर जिन्हें इंसाफ की जगह जज साहब ने कुछ और थमा दिया। अतुल को आत्महत्या के लिए बेबस किया गया। वो मरने को मजबूर किया गया। क्योंकि उनकी आंखों में सिक्कों की खनक और अमीन जायदाद पर अपना कब्जा चाहिए था। जब तक जिंदा हो अपने ही मरने का इंतजाम भी करते रहे मेंटिनेंस के नाम पर। भारतीय कानून ऐसे मामलों स्पष्टता के साथ न्याय दिलाने में सक्षम नहीं है। मध्यस्थता के नाम पर दलाली होती है। रेट लगते हैं। जो ऊंचे मनोबल के है वो ठीक है। जो कमजोर है उनके लिए मौत बाहर बाहें फैलाए खड़ी है। समाज समग्रता से सोचे और इसका मुक्कमल हल निकाले वरना अतुल मरते रहेंगे और रीता वशिष्ठ जैसे जज वही करती रहेंगी जो अब तक करती आई है। किसी ने क्या बिगाड़ लिया उनका। #JusticeForAtulSubhash #JusticeIsDue #nishasinghania
