Early reading. We have captured 3 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 603 interactions against 90K followers, an engagement rate of 0.673%. Posts are seen about 47K times each, and 1.29% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 52.2% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.73 post a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 47% of days. Most posts go out around 05:00 UTC, and Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 3 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 1.7K interactions, about 2.8x its own typical post. Only 3 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 05:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Today my dad was honored by his hometown of Giovinazzo, Italy for achievement in nuclear physics & energy. He spent his career innovating the field, against political forces. Now AI demand has sparked a nuclear revival & his hard work will finally be built upon. I’m very proud. https://t.co/uV7pz4l9zL

Whew, what a Christmas! Spent the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024 in a total mess! I’ve tried to be open about my experiences with mental health, primarily OCD which has a nice way of spiking when I least expect/want it. But even with all the therapy, an amazingly supportive wife, and an awareness of my minds tricks, things have a horrible way of creeping in when you’re not aware! Then on top of that you add in the usual unforeseen life stresses, client deadlines, a report due yesterday, festive commitments, all while trying to put on a smile like everything is ok and hoping that you just make it through... and one way or another the downward spiral continues until you hit the bottom. Ignoring all the warning signs is easily done, even with years of experience.. But struggling to get out of bed, not being able to stomach food, and doubling your medication to just be able to function, all in the space of a few weeks… it just isn’t worth it. If this post rings true with anyone, therapy is a life saver! It’s one of the best investments I’ve made alongside a gym membership. I can’t imagine how I would cope without some of the techniques I’ve been given over the years.. you don’t want to find yourself in that “hopeless” position without a path to take to get back up again.. trust me 🙃 Unfortunately NHS waiting lists for seeing a therapist are 6+ months, but if you are lucky enough to afford private therapy… go for it, even if you think you don’t need it right now. I hope that someone out there who’s struggling or noticing the early signs of stress realises that these kinds of mental health issues are unfortunately common. Not many people talk about it in the open… but it happens to us all! Take care of yourselves h4xx0rz!

I love pulling up 2 the call with a script that chains together well known deterministic tools to do repeatable tasks bc asking an LLM is unreliable, expensive, dumb etc, and all the AI heads are like "Oh Of Course, Brilliant!" as if they werent just hyped for a full AI pipeline.
