Dr. Drew engagement report
@drdrew - 2.5M followers on X
Measured over 37 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on August 30, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 102 interactions against 2.5M followers, an engagement rate of 0.004%. Measured over 37 original posts, its engagement rate beats 33% of 3,739 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 47K times each, and 0.215% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.93% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 3.1 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 77% of days. Most posts go out around 21:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 37 posts sampled, 27% carry an image or video, 5% are part of a thread and 73% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 43K interactions, about 424x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #foxnews, #onenationfnc.

Compared with accounts its own size
Dr. Drew's engagement rate beats 33% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,739 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 21% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.004%, Dr. Drew sits above the 10th percentile of the 36,378 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.012%.

Posting timing
This account posts most often around 21:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Joe Rogan just WENT OFF on CNN and the mainstream media for ignoring the Fauci hearing and claiming Americans do not care. “If you don’t think that’s news, you’re out of your mind.” “You shouldn’t be calling yourself the news.” “You’re just a propaganda arm for whatever pharmaceutical company is paying for your advertisements.” “This is a big issue for most Americans who went through that.” “People who lost their jobs.” “People who had to take a vaccine in order to go to work and got sick from it.” “People couldn't fly, they couldn't travel, they were vilified.” “They were called plague rats because they were questioning these things.” “You’re not supposed to be the arbiters of what we can and can’t concentrate on.” “That’s ridiculous.” @joerogan

I just sent letters to former FDA officials and Anthony Fauci to appear voluntarily for transcribed interviews. The American people deserve answers, and I will issue subpoenas if they do not appear voluntarily. https://t.co/HQ3ruowgMQ

"My pronouns are Pay / Me," ex NBA player Royce White tells me, of his brave & stunning journey to become a woman and join the 2027 WNBA draft. Now named Royesha White, the athlete is challenging the WNBA to face the controversy over biological men in women's sports – and finally define what a "woman" really is. If the WNBA denies @Highway_30 the chance to play with his chosen gender, Royce says it would be "tantamount to genocide." His plan is to hold the league to the values it publicly claims - tolerance, inclusiveness, inclusivity - and says support for his bid has been strong privately even if public backing is "still a work in progress." White declared for the 2027 WNBA Draft soon after former NBA center @EnesFreedom announced the same intention. The WNBA collective bargaining agreement states that only players who are women are eligible to play, but the league has not yet published a definition of who qualifies. "I'm certainly a Christian still," says Royce, but "sometimes identifying as a black trans lesbian. For basketball purposes." From the August 14, 2026 episode of @AskDrDrew w/ @DrKellyVictory

Remember when Dr. Fauci televised his COVID-19 vaccination? A short time later, part of his lung died. “He never told anybody,” Robert F. Kennedy Jr. reported to Laura Ingraham this week. “He got treated for it privately by the best doctors in America. At the same time he was telling everybody that was not an adverse event.” A pulmonary infarction is caused by a clot that travels to the lung. It is potentially life threatening. It is something a health authority should tell people about, especially when mRNA vaccines for COVID are considered to potentially be related to clotting pathology. It's just one of the secrets buried in Fauci's diary. @DrKellyVictory and I reviewed Fauci's private writings and key sections of more than 1100 pages released by @SenRandPaul this week. December 22, 2020: Fauci rolls up his sleeve on camera at the NIH Clinical Center and tells the country he has "extreme confidence in the safety and the efficacy of this vaccine." June 19, 2021: Fauci's diary records a pulmonary infarction found on a CT scan, and his doctors start him on Eliquis, a blood thinner. You may recall that in June of 2021, my interviews with @SteveKirsch and @Zev_DR were heavily censored on social media. I received multiple strikes on YouTube and was demonetized for almost a year. @AlexBerenson was even banned by Twitter after warning about mRNA side effects. And after @ElonMusk released the Twitter Files, it became crystal clear that all along, the government had been pressuring private companies to deplatform dissenting voices. This means at the same time Fauci was experiencing health issues after a COVID vaccination, the Biden administration was actively suppressing physicians who were warning about those same health issues.

“Monoclonal antibodies? Not for your kind.” Real science sidelined, Dr. Drew hit with YouTube strikes, channel locks, and shadowbans for saying hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. Dr. McCullough permanently banned on X and lost board certifications. Full episode at https://t.co/luoGWCIGCR.

There's a loophole in Biden's pardon of Dr. Fauci: it only covers him at the federal level, NOT state. I asked @MichaelGatesESQ point-blank: when he's elected as Attorney General of California, will CA launch its own investigation of Dr. Fauci?

- What is Dr. Drew's engagement rate on X?
- Dr. Drew (@drdrew) has an engagement rate of 0.004%, based on the median interactions across 37 original posts from the last 30 days against 2,461,251 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.004%, Dr. Drew sits above the 10th percentile of the 36,378 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @drdrew have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 33% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,739 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @drdrew post?
- Most posts go out around 21:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day, at roughly 3.07 posts per day across the measured window.
