Una persona que difunde y defiende discursos de odio no puede de ninguna manera utilizar un espacio educativo para hacerlo. Una comunidad que honra a sus víctimas del terrorismo de Estado con una baldosa en la entrada de la escuela, no puede permanecer indiferente a la invitación de un negacionista confeso a hablarle a sus alumnos. Es un ejemplo que no podemos dar. Y será una mancha imborrable en la historia de la institución. Lejos estamos de poner sobre la mesa las políticas actuales del gobierno nacional. Quienes expresamos este rechazo no nos identifica un partido o un modelo económico. Solo nos unen las bases profundas del consenso democrático que nuestro país supo construir hace cuarenta años, y que sentimos corre peligro con la propagación de los discursos de odio actuales. No nos podemos quedar de brazos cruzados. No podemos ser indiferentes a la intolerancia y a la negación del otro. Como dijo Karl Popper en 1945: no se puede ser tolerante con los intolerantes.
