AÇIKLAMA Dün katıldığım NTV’deki programda açıkladığım kişisel görüşlerim nedeniyle bazı çevrelerde bana yönelik karalama süreci başlatıldı. İç savaşta ve sonrasında yaşanan devrim sürecinde Kürtlerin, Arapların, Türkmenlerin, Sünnilerin, Dürzilerin ve Nusayrilerin bir arada yaşamasını savunan bir gazeteciye böyle bir yafta yapıştırmaya çalışmak art niyetli bir yaklaşımdan öte bir şey değildir. Sednaya hapishanesinde ve Suriye kırsalında Esad rejiminin neden olduğu korkunç hikayeleri dinlediğimde insanların nasıl bir duyguya kapıldıklarını anlattım. Şara yönetiminin bu duygulara kapılmadan, kötü yola sapmadan süreci başarıyla yönettiğini özetledim. Konuşmamın aşağıda tamamını yayınlıyorum. Buradan “katliam istediğim” manası çıkartmak en hafif deyimle kötü niyetli bir tutumdur. “Suriye’de Kürt katliamı var, Alevi katliamı var, Ezidi katliamı var, Dürzi katliamı var” diye gerçek dışı kampanya yapan, Suriye’de entegrasyona ve Terörsüz Türkiye sürecine karşı çıkan bazı çevreler şimdi de benim sözlerimi çarpıtmaya çalışıyor. Bu kötü niyetli kişilerin haricinde çarpıtılan sözlerimden üzülen, bir arada yaşamayı savunan Alevi kardeşlerimin asla onları üzecek bir şey söylemeyeceğimi bilmelerini ve her zaman onların yanında olduğumu belirtmek istiyorum. Bu arada Terörsüz Türkiye sürecini zehirleyecek açıklamalar yapan Tülay Hatimoğulları’nın konuşmalarına engel olamayan DEM Parti yönetiminin olayın aslını araştırmadan hakkımda açıklama yapmasını da kınıyorum. Bu iftiraları atanlara inat, her zaman şiddete karşı çıkmış birisi olarak, etnik köken ve dini inanç ayrımı yapmaksızın tüm halkların bir arada barış içinde yaşamasını savunmaya devam edeceğim.
