A model confidently hallucinates answers from a filing table it never fully saw because a 512-token window chopped the table in half. So we open-sourced grounding-en, a 0.4B model on @huggingface that scores whether a claim is actually entailed by the source. On our open benchmark our two models sit at #1 and #2. The real gap is number grounding: .92 AUC vs .45–.66 from the usual NLI models and we run 8,192 tokens so the table stays intact. Apache-2.0, with a free demo and a benchmark anyone can run. A document workflow gets trustworthy not when the model sounds confident, but when the claim can be checked. If it can't be grounded, it doesn't ship.

I JUST SHIPPED! im a dad now last week on april 20th my daughter Jente was born i have to admit, i delayed becoming a dad for a long time. i was scared, insecure, waiting for the perfect moment that never came. the last few years have been brutal. i lost my dad to cancer. my favorite uncle (my godfather) to ALS. my grandma and grandpa in the same week. losing so many people you love is hard to put into words. and now with Jente here, i keep thinking about the ones who aren't, the ones who would've loved meeting her. because of that she's named after my dad. a feminine version of his name, same meaning: God is gracious. it's the least i can do to thank him and keep his name alive. i don't want him forgotten. this past week already feels normal, like she's always been here. and i have to admit @itsolelehmann was right in his tweets i feel exactly what he described. it sounds cliche but i wish i'd started this sooner. the way you think changes. for the first time im feeling the meaning of life. it feels like life just began. im usually not someone who shares personal stuff. maybe i should do it more often. but right now im just too proud to be a father. but she's here. wow.

China is not slowing down. this time it’s coming for AI agents, the next big market OpenAI and Anthropic want to own. Xiaohongshu, the Chinese company behind RedNote, just released dots3-note preview, an open-weight model built for jobs that can run for days or weeks. > 280B total parameters / 16B active > 512K context window > text + vision + audio According to the team’s own evals, it beats GPT-5.5 and Opus 4.8 across several agent and reasoning benchmarks.
