Sorun yeni hukuk metinlerinin eksikliği değil; Anayasanın ve mevcut hukukun uygulanmamasıdır. TOPLUMSAL BARIŞ, SİYASAL HESAPLARIN ARACI OLAMAZ İktidar, önümüzdeki dönemin siyasal denklemini bugünden kurmaya çalışıyor. Anayasa, Cumhurbaşkanlığı seçimi ve Meclis çoğunluğu bu hesabın önemli parçalarıdır. Toplumsal barış gibi tarihsel bir mesele, iktidarın ömrünü uzatacak bir siyasal mühendisliğin aracına dönüştürülemez.
