Agak aneh ini, KPK meminta saya melapor ttg dugaan mark up Whoosh. Di dlm hukum pidana, jika ada informasi ttg dugaan peristiwa pidana mestinya aparat penegak hukum (APH) langsung menyelidiki, bukan minta laporan. Bisa jg memanggil sumber info utk dimintai keterangan. Laporan hanya diperlukan jika ada peristiwa yg tdk diketahui oleh APH shg perlu ada yg melaporkan, misalnya penemuan mayat. Tapi kalau ada berita ada pembunuhan maka APH hrs langsung bertindak menyelidiki tak perlu menunggu laporan. Dlm kaitan dgn permintaan agar saya membuat laporan, ini kekeliruan yg kedua dari KPK. Yg berbicara soal kemelut Whoosh itu sumber awalnya bukan saya. Seperti saya sebut di podcast TERUS TERANG yg awalnya menyiarkan itu adl NusantaraTV dlm rubrik "Prime Dialog" edisi 13 Oktober 2025 dgn narsum Agus Pambagyo dan Antony Budiawan. Semua yg sy sampaikan sumbernya adl NusantaraTV, Antony Budiawan, dan Agus Pambagyo yg disiarkan scr sah dan terbuka. Saya percaya kpd ketiganya maka saya bahas scr terbuka di podcast TERUS TERANG. Jadi jika memang berminat menyelidiki Whoosh KPK tak usah menunggu laporan dari saya. Panggil saja saya dan saya akan tunjukkan siaran dari Nusantara TV tsb. Setelah itu panggil NusantaraTV, Antoni Budiawan dan Agus Pambagyo untuk menjelaskan. Bukan diperiksa loh, tapi dimintai keterangan. Pekan ini kita melihat 2 narsum terbaik dlm dialog interaktif di TV/Podcast memrotes penyelenggara dialog. Prof. Hermawan Sulistyo (Mas Kiki) menyatakan tak akan datang lagi ke podcast ILC. Rocky Gerung meninggalkan forum "Rakyat Bersuara" ketika acara berlangsung. Alasannya, karena forum sdh tak kondusif, tak ada kesantunan utk dialog yg rasional dan berkeadaban. Kita memang menyesalkan, belakangan ini dialog interaktif sudah sering brutal, saling potong pembicaraan sambil berteriak-teriak. Bahkan ada narsum-narsum yang saling mendekati secara fisik seperti akan berkelahi. Ini sdh tidak sehat, mempertontonkan kekerasan.
