Engagement
Early reading. We have captured 1 original post for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.
A typical post picks up 3 interactions against 752K followers, an engagement rate of 0%. Posts are seen about 4.0K times each, and 0.074% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 0.536% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.17 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 17% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 11:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 1 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 27K interactions, about 9060x its own typical post. Only 1 original post have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

If you want a rare life, you have to be delusional. Doubt can enter your mind, and it can sound reasonable, but if you entertain it too much it will slowly drag you down into stagnation. I'd rather reap the lesson from massive failure than do nothing because it's not "realistic."

This sounds cringe as fuck but it genuinely has power to re-wire your emotional system Every night, before you go to sleep - sit or lay down & imagine how you'd feel if you loved/accepted yourself fully, with ZERO lagging internal threads. Holistic, full, raging self-acceptance/love. How you would feel if you "totally made it", and were hyper-confident/fully-expressive, for no other reason than you're YOU. Simulate how you'd feel if you met every one of your conditions for yourself to feel x way, they worked out perfectly, you did it, and now you're like "fuck yeah", and are experiencing it fully. if you can find this 'emotional home', you're then able to create a space for it, and once created, you can then essentially just return on command. You can disregard your current 'not good enough' state, and temporarily operate in this simulated space, when you remember to do so If you then want to add self-awareness into it, you can run this experiment and then ask yourself "now why do i feel like can't just exist like this, at every moment?" - and the conditional you've set for yourself will bubble up and here's the mindfuck: The exact conditional that comes up, such as "i can't feel like this because i haven't or don't have x", IS the block itself. You do not HAVE that exact thing, BECAUSE you've created lack for it, and have attached that lack TO your being. It sounds backwards on paper. But when you let that lack statement (attached to your being) go, you are now free to move forward. The suppression was the block, in a strange 360-degree way.

I wrote a love song for God. But first, I had to learn what worship really means. If you're feeling spiritually homeless, are done with the new age quantum bullcrap (anyone else tired of being woo-woo'd on? 😉) ... and are looking for a down-to-earth space where you can nurture your own personal friendship with Great Mystery, please join us. I am sharing in person and online, and would love to be in this space with you. With love, Nathan

What surprised me about writing a love song to God, was what it did for my love for my wife, my daughter, and my life. It's an ongoing journey, opening myself to something greater than my little self. God is a word I've been triggered by so much in my life. And it's an ongoing blessing to reclaim my own relationship with that Great Friend. If you are feeling a calling to deepen your personal relationship with Divinity, please join us: - We gather in person in Kommetjie on Thursdays to sing, worship, and pray together. - Or you can join my weekly livestreams Comment if you're keen, and I'll reach out personally to share more info. Either way, may this little snippet be what you need in this moment. Thank you for sharing your precious time with me here and now Much love nathan
