Pulte engagement report
@pulte - 3.0M followers on X
Measured over 20 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on September 1, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 1.3K interactions against 3.0M followers, an engagement rate of 0.044%. Measured over 20 original posts, its engagement rate beats 71% of 3,758 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 130K times each, and 0.995% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 4.39% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.1 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 33% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 00:00 UTC, and Friday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 20 posts sampled, 40% carry an image or video and 25% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 50K interactions, about 39x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size
Pulte's engagement rate beats 71% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,758 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 56% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.044%, Pulte sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,521 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.012% to 0.08%.

Posting timing
This account posts most often around 00:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Good News! In addition to the Historic DECLASSIFICATIONS (Transparency!) by the President, we are, this morning, Executing a 5th and Near Final Round of TERMINATIONS, an approximately 30% Staff Reduction from Weeks Ago. The Intelligence Community must protect the American people, NOT the political whims of the bloated and corrupt elite class.

Since becoming Acting Director of National Intelligence, our team has been smartly, and carefully, reducing the size of ODNI, re-focusing ODNI on national security, the law, and the statute. As of this evening, we just finished a 4th round of thoughtful, measured layoffs. Thank you!

After speaking with the President Trump and Jay Clayton, we have decided the DNI transition will take place this coming Monday. I am eternally grateful to President Trump for the opportunity to serve as Director of National Intelligence, while he completed historic declassifications and we right sized the ODNI. I have no doubt that Jay will do a tremendous job. I have offered Jay my complete and total support as he transitions to take over this incredible agency!

So deeply grateful to POTUS for letting me be acting Director of National Intelligence. He is, truly, the best, and it is a blessing to work for him. While it’s been only a few weeks, so much has already been accomplished —Operationally, AND, Transparency. Thank you, POTUS.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac both accommodate Sharia Law-compliant home financing. Fannie Mae even has a specific loan code for: “Musharaka Islamic Finance Mortgages.” Freddie Mac explicitly recognizes financing “designed to comply with Islamic law.” Wow. https://t.co/VsIHvAD0WV

- What is Pulte's engagement rate on X?
- Pulte (@pulte) has an engagement rate of 0.044%, based on the median interactions across 20 original posts from the last 30 days against 2,970,259 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.044%, Pulte sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,521 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @pulte have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 71% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,758 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @pulte post?
- Most posts go out around 00:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.13 posts per day across the measured window.
