What happened if someone chiselled a nose on just one of the sculptures wrong ? Did the whole temple need to be carved out again? Yet, they did not get it wrong .. how? The colonizers did not have any understanding or knowledge of Quantum .. we did .. but over time of colonisation.. we lost the knowledge and Wisdom .. .. yes, Wisdom too .. for knowledge without Wisdom is dry , with the true and wider meaning squeezed out of it . No wonder that when the greatest Indian Mathematician of all time was asked how he solved some of the most perplexing questions that all the greatest physicists and mathematicians in world were unable to solve .. Main Wapas Aunga was an emotional upheaval me. I saw on film the story of my own family. The having to escape with your life. The slaughter on the trains. Running between two Nations suddenly. For years my parents refused to talk about it. The memories were too intense. Painful Then slowly my mother narrated everything to my sister ,Sohaila. And everything unfolded on screen for me. Just as my mother had described .. Like Diljit Dosanjh in the film, I too went back to Lahore to search for where my family lived .. what I found is yet another story .. Thank you Imtiaz Ali, for bringing those memories alive for me. I can’t remember crying like this in a film for a long long time. .. … for so much like the absolutely brilliant Naseeruddin Shah in the film, my father .. who was a very modern man, and a famous doctor in Delhi .. would say to me when he was in his 90’s ‘I hope I can see Lahore once again before I die .. Walked out of my room in Mussoorie. The sky a was clear. Took a picture. Showed it to a friend .. and he said ‘Hey ! that’s Kedarnath ! ‘ Ponting to the highest peak in the pic .. and .. guess what?? .. we made a plan to Kedarnath .. and are going there in two weeks .. been wanting to go there forever ! The pic , was it just coincidence ? Or is/was the mountain calling me ? Or is there something else that is/ was the reason for me to take the trip ? Some other adventure I am supposed to take ? And who/what decided that I must take that adventure .. the ‘event’ that is not born yet? .. for the event will only ‘be born’ when it reveals itself, in the moment that it’s ’supposed’ to reveal itself Is there any event that is just coincidence ? It’s all a question of Time .. modern particle physics is exploring the idea that time exists only if you ‘look for ‘ time .. that our act of observation creates the Universe that we then observe as an existence .. But wait .. is the Universe/ Time /photons / particles etc observing us too? Or how would they sense our observation if they were not aware of us too ? So Time to is observing us , as we are creating it in our observations .. which comes first ? Or as our Upnishads .. and the latest experiments in particle physics project .. that everything exists in the same moment ..
