Swati Goel Sharma engagement report
@swati_gs - 527K followers on X
Measured over 18 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on August 27, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 2.6K interactions against 527K followers, an engagement rate of 0.486%. Measured over 18 original posts, its engagement rate beats 90% of 3,862 tracked accounts of a similar size. Comparing inside a size band matters here: engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly just re-measure the follower count. Posts are seen about 33K times each, and 7.64% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 6.36% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2.1 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 50% of days. Most posts go out around 05:00 UTC, and Friday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 18 posts sampled, 78% carry an image or video, 28% are part of a thread and 6% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 16K interactions, about 6.3x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #rational, #wonderful.

Compared with accounts its own size
Swati Goel Sharma's engagement rate beats 90% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,862 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 97% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.486%, Swati Goel Sharma sits above the 75th percentile of the 37,459 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the top 25% band, which runs 0.438% to 2.10%.

A 14 year old girl in Delhi’s Uttam Nagar was being sexually groomed and exploited by a man, Samad Qureshi, for months before she finally opened up and he was jailed under POCSO yesterday Videos have emerged of Qureshi (watch in the video) confessing that one Mohd Sonu of a masjid would give him 30000-40000 for targetting Hindu girls for conversion-perversion

1. What's wrong with the Giva ad? Nothing you see on TV/advertisement or/big screen, especially in big budget projects, is innocent or accidental The Giva ad continues a broader trend in how film-entertainment and ad industries have treated cultural sensitivities of the two majority communities very differently for years - something Gems of Bollywood has exposed so clearly Look at the way popular culture has marketed Hindu festivals for years. For instance, check any compilation for suggestions for Diwali playlist: “Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai” “Let’s Nacho” “Tamma Tamma Again” But typical suggestions for Eid playlist: “Noor-e-Khuda” “Maula Ali” “Kun Faya Kun” Typical media suggestions for Diwali outfit ideas these days: sexualised styling - cleavage, revealing blouses, familiar Bollywood glamour Typical outfit suggestions for Eid: Rich and covered This means that they know what cultural sensitivity looks like, what a family gathering looks like, what sanctity of a festival looks like But they apply it only where they want The test of their intention is simple. Look at the image attached. Imagine her holding a plate for Iftari and the text saying Eid. Will any brand ever run such an ad? 2. Are these ads really made to increase sales during Rakhi? The primary purpose of such an advertisement is not to sell jewellery for Rakhi. Conduct a market survey. Show consumers the ad and ask them whether the imagery is prompting them to buy Giva jewellery on Rakhi for their sisters. I doubt the answer would be overwhelmingly yes Modern advertising works at a deeper level than simply saying buy this product. It is often aimed at shaping long-term attitudes When the same kind of imagery is repeatedly used around certain festivals, weddings and family occasions, it leads to normalisation of a particular culture Much of it seems to be aimed at creating a society where every aspect of a woman's life is sexualised. I would say it is the same mindset that wants to legalise adult men having sex with schoolgirls 3. How should the public respond? Stop treating these celebrities as icons and withdraw your interest from them The same actress as in the ad did Thumkeshwari item number and then pretended to be Ma Sita on screen - until we vehemently opposed it, ran a campaign, people responded and the movie bombed Reject them from every aspect of your life where you have a choice

From the Pentecostal conversion playbook: pastor distributing Bible to Hindus, asking them to accept Jesus as their saviour, with a big Cross sign on the wall, but claiming in front of Hindu activists that he has neither converted nor is influencing others to convert Video of a police raid on a conversion racket in Lucknow this week We have escalated this case to higher authorities and have also demanded probe into the pastor’s scheduled caste status and associated benefits in line with an Allahabad high court order last year

In the 1960s, a case went to Supreme Court against a man winning an MLA election from a Scheduled Caste-reserved seat despite having converted to Christianity The facts of the case were: - S Rajagopal was born into a family of Adi Dravidas - an SC caste in Karnataka - He received free schooling because of his caste - For college, he converted to Christianity in 1949 and got secured admission to Woorhees High School and the associated Woorhees Christian Hostel - He converted at the Ponnai Anicut Festival, a three-day celebration organised by the Church of South India and held for over 130 years But in 1967, he hid his conversion to contest the Kolar Gold Fields constituency, which was reserved for SCs He won His rival, CM Armugam, took the case to court Before the court, Rajagopal first claimed that he had never converted However the other side produced documents: - his admission to the hostel, which was meant only for Christians - his baptism certificate - the college’s admission register where he had recorded himself as a Christian - his service records, which also recorded the same - witnesses who testified that he regularly attended church The Supreme Court said: “When [Rajagopal] embraced Christianity in 1949, he lost the membership of the Adi Dravida Hindu caste.” Rajagopal then claimed that he had returned to Hinduism Supreme Court did not find merit in his claim and held his election to be void Election on that seat was held again And this is how the case dragged on for months and substantial public resources were spent because the Returning Officer did not reject Rajagopal’s candidature at the nomination stage itself, despite objections raised by Armugam and others The situation is the same even today That is the problem @sewanyaya’s Project Samvidhan is working to address. Just like @GemsOfBollywood, we will take awareness and intervention guides to every corner of the country No quota for converts. No exceptions.

IMPORTANT Supreme Court has quashed the charges of SC Atrocity in a case where a man from a scheduled caste had alleged that one Ramkrishna Chauhan abused him with casteist slurs inside a room at a school The case was that in 2020, the complainant, who is a parent, had a scuffle with Ramkrishna Chauhan, a school manager. The complainant alleged assault and caste-based abuse. FIR was filed. Chauhan took the case to Supreme Court, which said that the alleged crime was committed in a room and not “within public view” when members of the public can witness or hear the alleged utterance. It quashed the proceedings under SC Atrocity Act Supreme Court ruled that for prosecution under Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act, the alleged caste insult must be made “within public view”

Exclusively sharing: Police investigation has begun against a senior sales manager of a private company in Delhi-NCR, following allegations by a woman subordinate that he coerced her into converting to Islam The coercion did not involve a romantic relationship but a friendship in which he repeatedly belittled Hindu traditions, deities and vegetarianism while glorifying Islam, and, on one occasion, offered her money through a Saudi-funded charity if she converted - albeit in the guise of banter I cannot share more at this point. Have talked to the woman at length Do not underestimate the presence of Dawah groups in workplaces and other shared public spaces, especially after busting of huge operations like Kalim Siddiqui's Dawat-e-Islam Trust and Mohd Umar Gautam's Islamic Dawah Centre in recent years In this case, the woman fully realised the targeting only after TCS Nashik scandal came to light in a major way

- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.486%, Swati Goel Sharma sits above the 75th percentile of the 37,459 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
