Tim Minchin engagement report
@timminchin - 1.3M followers on X
Measured over 4 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on September 1, 2026.
Engagement
Early reading. We have captured 4 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.
A typical post picks up 128 interactions against 1.3M followers, an engagement rate of 0.01%. Posts are seen about 43K times each, and 0.299% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 3.39% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.17 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 13% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 04:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 4 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 25% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 1.5K interactions, about 12x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #freodockers, #thefrontbar. Only 4 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

This account posts most often around 04:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

I have become aware that there has been some doubt about the authenticity of the footage of The Greatest Moment Of My Entire Life. Here it is, in the raw. I shall not stand by and have my good name be slandered by cynics. 𤣠#FreoDockers @thefrontbar7 @freodockers https://t.co/GkcJFBNW1L

Tweets on this account are posted for me by my webfairy, Shell, so if you fancy shouting at me for something, just know that you will be a mean tree falling in a third-party-controlled forest.

Many of you will have noticed that last year, the UK leg of āSongs the World Will Never Hearā raised over Ā£100K for Medecins Sans Frontieres, by giving away the proceeds of hundreds of VIP seats. For the Australian leg of the tour, we decided we would raise money for various Women and Family Shelters and other organisations in the Domestic Violence space. And I am very proud to finally share that the total amount was pretty damned close to $300,000.00. (We topped it up cos I like round numbers). This allows us to donate $50K to each of these fantastic organisations: #SecondChance #CatherineHouse #TooraWomen #DeservingBetter #WomensCommunityShelter #NovaForWomenAndChildren As I toured around, I had the opportunity to meet and chat with the extraordinary people providing these - sadly vital - services. Domestic Violence is a fucking scourge, one we need to attack from all directions. Please look up these organisations if you feel youād like to contribute, and let us dream of (and work towards) a society in which they are redundant. And hereās a wee vid of me finishing in the middle of the MCG. I was pretty shot in body and mind in the last couple of kms, and you can see that the minute I stop, my legs go totally useless. I love how Tom (who, to reiterate, Iād never met until 5 mins before the starterās gun and who ran with me, being positive and lovely and encouraging the entire way), crosses the line with a fkn grin on his face and then immediately turns around to make sure Iām still hanging on. Such a dude. @beyondblue #melbmara

Hello dear humans. As ever, over the holiday season, all proceeds from downloads of White Wine In the Sun go to Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia) @AspectAus. To celebrate, hereās a version you may not have seen: a bootleg from the āUncaged Monkeysā tour of 2011, with me on guitar and the great @ProfBrianCox on piano.
